Abstract
Perfeccionamientos en los hornos de cocer pan, pastelería y similares, caracterizados porque los gases calientes que circulan alrededor de las cámaras de cocción, quedan aspirados a voluntad, bien por un ventilador, de forma que los gases más calientes sean enviados de nuevo al generador de calor para su recalentamiento y recirculación a través dl horno, y el resto evacuado al exterior, o bien por tiro natural provocado por una chimenea, quedando fuera del circuito el antedicho ventilador.
