Abstract

Sistema de construcción modular. El sistema de construcción se basa en utilizar contenedores marítimos que debidamente revisados y preparados, se les aplicarán tabiques (2), mobiliario (3), realización de huecos para ventanas y puertas, montaje de sanitarios y demás instalaciones o componentes que puede tener una vivienda o estancia habitable, para formar en cada caso módulos-contenedor (1) susceptibles de fijarse adosadamente a otros y de fijarse igualmente en sentido vertical, para formar viviendas unifamiliares, viviendas adosadas, viviendas en plantas, etc., todo lo cual se realiza en fábrica, y el módulo-contenedor con todos sus componentes se lleva al lugar de montaje o de implantación, donde únicamente se requiere efectuar los forjados entre pasillos establecidos entre módulos, núcleos de ascensor y de escalera, que se realizarán "in situ" convenientemente por el sistema tradicional, para finalmente efectuar la cubierta de la edificación.
