Domek letniskowy wolnostojący o modułowej konstrukcji, korzystnie wykonany zasadniczo z bali, składa się z siedmiu prostokątnych modułów ścian pełnych, z modułu ściany z ościeżnicą drzwiową, z czterech modułów ściennych z ramą okienną, dwóch modułów poddasza, modułu podłogi i modułu dachu, przy czym podstawę modułu podłogi stanowi jednolita płyta żelbetowa osadzona na czterech wspornikach składających się z żelbetowego słupa fundamentowego (20) mającego postać rury zamkniętej w dolnej części żelbetową stopą fundamentową (21), do którego wprowadzony jest profil stalowy (25), stanowiący element konstrukcji modułu podłogi.
