Abstract
Un método informatizado para el seguimiento de una red de servicio público de agua, comprendiendo la red deservicio público de agua al menos una red de tuberías para el suministro de agua a los consumidores y unapluralidad de contadores situados dentro de la red de servicio público de agua, comprendiendo el método:recibir datos de los contadores, representando los datos de los contadores una pluralidad de parámetrosmedidos por los contadores, incluyendo los parámetros al menos el flujo o la presión del agua a través de lastuberías; recibir datos secundarios de una o más fuentes externas a los contadores, representando los datossecundarios una o más condiciones que afectan al flujo o el consumo de agua en una región atendida por lared de servicio público de agua; analizar los datos de los contadores prediciendo estadísticamente los datos de los contadores para un primercontador en base a los datos del segundo contador de la red de servicio público de agua y a los datossecundarios, donde los datos del segundo contador comprenden datos de los contadores distintos a los datosrecibidos del primer contador, y comparar de los datos recibidos del primer contador con los datos de loscontadores predichos para que el primer contador identifique uno o más eventos de la red de servicio públicode agua que comprenden al menos uno o más eventos de fugas detectando una anomalía si los datosrecibidos del primer contador se desvían de los datos de los contadores predichos para el primer contador poruna desviación estadística; e informar el o los eventos de la red de agua a un usuario a través de una interfaz de usuario.
Claims (17)
- REIVINDICACIONES1. Un método informatizado para el seguimiento de una red de servicio público de agua, comprendiendo la red deservicio público de agua al menos una red de tuberías para el suministro de agua a los consumidores y una 5 pluralidad de contadores situados dentro de la red de servicio público de agua, comprendiendo el método:recibir datos de los contadores, representando los datos de los contadores una pluralidad de parámetros medidos por los contadores, incluyendo los parámetros al menos el flujo o la presión del agua a través de las tuberías;10 recibir datos secundarios de una o más fuentes externas a los contadores, representando los datos secundarios una o más condiciones que afectan al flujo o el consumo de agua en una región atendida por la red de servicio público de agua; analizar los datos de los contadores prediciendo estadísticamente los datos de los contadores para un primer contador en base a los datos del segundo contador de la red de servicio público de agua y a los datos15 secundarios, donde los datos del segundo contador comprenden datos de los contadores distintos a los datos recibidos del primer contador, y comparar de los datos recibidos del primer contador con los datos de los contadores predichos para que el primer contador identifique uno o más eventos de la red de servicio público de agua que comprenden al menos uno o más eventos de fugas detectando una anomalía si los datos recibidos del primer contador se desvían de los datos de los contadores predichos para el primer contador por20 una desviación estadística; e informar el o los eventos de la red de agua a un usuario a través de una interfaz de usuario.
- 2. El método de la reivindicación 1, donde recibir los datos de los contadores comprende recibir los datos de controlde supervisión y adquisición de datos (SCADA). 25

- El método de la reivindicación 1, que comprende clasificar la anomalía como un evento de fuga.

- El método de la reivindicación 1, donde detectar la anomalía comprende determinar uno o más de:
30 (a) si una duración de la anomalía excede un umbral predefinido; o(b) si una frecuencia de la anomalía dentro de una ventana de tiempo predefinida excede un umbral predefinido. - 5. El método de la reivindicación 1, donde predecir estadísticamente los datos de los contadores para el primer 35 contador en base a los datos del segundo contador de la red de servicio público de agua comprende seleccionar unoo más segundos contadores como uno o más contadores correspondientes, y correlacionar los datos recibidos del primer contador con los datos de los contadores recibidos de los uno o más contadores correspondientes.
- 6. El método de la reivindicación 5, donde seleccionar uno o más de los segundos contadores como el uno o más 40 contadores correspondientes, comprende:(a) correlacionar los datos históricos de los contadores para el uno o más segundos contadores con los datos históricos de los contadores para el primer contador, y seleccionar el uno o más segundos contadores para los que existe una correlación con el primer contador; o45 (b) identificar el uno o más segundos contadores dentro de la red de servicio público de agua que están situados dentro de la red de servicio público de agua para no verse afectados por anomalías que afectan al primer contador.
- 7. El método de la reivindicación 1, donde predecir estadísticamente los datos de los contadores para el primer50 contador en base a los datos del segundo contador de la red de servicio público de agua comprende correlacionar los datos recibidos de los contadores con, al menos, los datos históricos de los contadores almacenados para el primer contador.
- 8. El método de la reivindicación 1, donde predecir estadísticamente los datos de los contadores para el primer 55 contador comprende calcular una distribución estadística de los valores probables para el primer contador.
- 9. El método de la reivindicación 1, donde los eventos de la red de agua comprenden, además, identificar uno o más eventos informativos con respecto a la cantidad o calidad del agua que fluye a través de las tuberías y del funcionamiento de la red de servicio público de agua.
- 10. El método de la reivindicación 9, donde recibir los datos de los contadores comprende recibir, con el paso tiempo, datos de la calidad de agua que representan la turbidez, cloro y pH del agua suministrada a través de la red, y donde identificar uno o más eventos de la red comprende detectar un cambio en los datos de la calidad de agua, con el paso del tiempo, superiores a un umbral.
- 11. El método de la reivindicación 1, donde recibir los datos secundarios comprende recibir al menos uno de:datos meteorológicos que representan las condiciones climáticas en la región de la red de servicio público de agua;5 datos del calendario que representan uno o más factores que afectan el consumo de agua en una fecha determinada; datos de reparaciones que representan una o más reparaciones realizadas en la red de servicio público de agua; y datos estructurales que representan una estructura de la red de servicio público de agua.
- 12. El método de la reivindicación 9, donde el uno o más eventos informativos comprenden al menos uno de: un aumento inesperado en el patrón de consumo, un cambio en el patrón de consumo, un robo de agua, una violación límite zonal, un fallo en el contador de servicios, y un mal funcionamiento del dispositivo de red.15 13. El método de la reivindicación 1 , que comprende procesar los datos de los contadores antes de analizarlos, incluyendo filtrar el ruido de los datos de los contadores.
- 14. Un método informatizado para el seguimiento de una red de servicio público de agua, comprendiendo la red de servicio público de agua una red de tuberías para el suministro de agua a los consumidores y una pluralidad de contadores situados dentro de la red de servicio público de agua, comprendiendo el método:enviar los datos de los contadores a un motor de análisis, representando los datos de los contadores una pluralidad de parámetros medidos por los contadores, incluyendo los parámetros al menos el flujo del agua a través de las tuberías;25 recibir del motor de análisis datos que representan eventos de la red de servicio público de agua, comprendiendo los eventos de la red de agua eventos de fugas, habiéndose identificado los datos de los eventos de la red de servicio público de agua como resultado del análisis de los datos de los contadores prediciendo estadísticamente los datos de los contadores para un primer contador en base a los datos del segundo contador procedentes de la red de servicio público de agua y a los datos secundarios, representando datos secundarios una o más condiciones que afectan al consumo o el flujo de agua en una región atendida por la red de servicio público de agua, donde los datos del segundo contador comprenden datos de los contadores distintos a los datos recibidos del primer contador, y comparar los datos recibidos del primer contador con los datos de los contadores predichos para que el primer contador identifique las anomalías; y mostrar los eventos de la red de servicio público de agua recibidos a un usuario en un dispositivo de35 visualización informatizado.
- 15. Un sistema informatizado para el seguimiento de una red de servicio público de agua, comprendiendo la red de servicio público de agua una red de tuberías para el suministro de agua a los consumidores y una pluralidad de contadores situados dentro de la red de servicio público de agua, comprendiendo el sistema:una base de datos de información de la red para almacenar datos de los contadores que representan una pluralidad de parámetros medidos por los contadores, incluyendo los parámetros, al menos, el flujo o la presión del agua a través de las tuberías, y datos secundarios de una o más fuentes externas a los contadores, representando los datos secundarios una o más condiciones que afectan al flujo o el consumo de agua en una45 región atendida por la red de servicio público de agua; un motor de análisis configurado para analizar los datos de los contadores prediciendo estadísticamente datos de los contadores para una primer contador en base a los datos del segundo contador de la red de servicio público de agua y a los datos secundarios, donde los datos del segundo contador comprenden datos de los contadores distintos de los datos recibidos del primer contador, y comparar los datos recibidos del primer contador con los datos de los contadores predichos para que el primer contador identifique las anomalías; un motor de clasificación de eventos configurado para identificar eventos de la red de servicio público de agua en base de las anomalías, comprendiendo los eventos de la red de agua eventos de fugas; y una base de datos de eventos para almacenar los datos de eventos de la red de servicio público de agua que representan el uno o más eventos de la red de agua identificados por el motor de clasificación de eventos.

- El sistema de la reivindicación 15, donde el motor de análisis comprende una pluralidad de módulos de predicción para generar una distribución estadística de los valores probables de los datos de los contadores para un contador dado y una pluralidad de módulos detectores de anomalías para comparar los datos de los contadores para el contador dado con la distribución de los valores probables para detectar anomalías en los datos de los contadores.

- El sistema de la reivindicación 15, que comprende una pluralidad de módulos de interfaz para recuperar los datos de eventos de la red de servicio público de agua desde la base de datos de eventos y notificarlos a los usuarios.
