Abstract

Un recipiente para almacenar una muestra biológica, que comprende. una primera cámara (20) que tiene un extremo abierto (16) y estructurada para recibir un fluido y un sujetador demuestra (40) al menos parcialmente en la misma; y una segunda cámara (26) adaptada para recibir un fluido en la misma; un cierre (50) para cerrar al menos el extremo abierto (16) de la primera cámara (20); y una válvula (32) dispuesta al menos parcialmente entre la primera cámara (20) y la segunda cámara (26), estando laválvula (32) configurada para controlar el paso de fluido entre la primera cámara (20) y la segunda cámara (26),en el que, con el cierre (50) acoplado a un alojamiento (12) del recipiente (10) a un acoplamiento roscado para cerrarel extremo abierto (16) de la primera cámara (20), siendo la válvula (32) desplazable desde una primera posición enla que la primera cámara (20) está en asilamiento de fluido de la segunda cámara (26), hasta una segunda posiciónen la que el fluido puede pasar desde al menos una de la primera cámara (20) y la segunda cámara (26) a la otra dela primera cámara (20) y la segunda cámara (26), en el que el sujetador de muestra (40) puede girar con respecto al cierre (50), cuando el sujetador de muestra (40)está acoplado al cierre (50) y cuando el cierre (50) está acoplado con el extremo abierto (16), y además comprende un plataforma (52) unida al cierre (50) y adaptada para recibir el sujetador de muestra (40), en elque la plataforma (52) puede girar con respecto al cierre (50).
