Un dispositivo de mordaza de apriete espontáneo para cables metálicos, carcterizado porque en las gargantas de sus mandíbulas pueden montarse, alternativamente, diversos pares de vainas de una serie de pared de suplementos o vainas, siendo cada par de vainas diferente de los otros por dimensiones y en particular, por espesor, teniendo las vainas sección transversal sensiblemente circular o triangular o rectangular y caracterizado también por el hecho de que pueden montarse en las gargantas de las mandíbulas series de pares de vainas de material diferente, pudiéndose asi montar sobre la misma mordaza alternativamente una serie de vainas en aleación de aluminio, una serie de bronce, una serie de acero y otras series de cualquier otro material adecuado.
