Abstract

Disco tronzador a muela con un anillo tronzador a muela (1), cuya muela (10) presenta elementos abrasivos ligados, estando el anillo tronzador a muela (1) en estado de funcionamiento fijado mediante dos discos de mordazas (2, 3) que pueden ser fijados, en estado de funcionamiento, mediante dos discos de sujeción circulares que mediante bridas de sujeción (4a, 4b) centrales del lado de máquina pueden ser embornados en sentido axial, y al menos un disco de mordazas (2) está conectado de forma fija en términos de rotación con el anillo tronzador a muela (1) mediante salientes (5, 6) y escotaduras (7, 8) interactuantes, caracterizado porque los salientes (5) y escotaduras (7) dispuestos a los costados del anillo tronzador a muela (1) están previstos en un inserto (9) metálico del anillo tronzador a muela (1) sobresaliente de la muela (10) en sentido radial.
