Abstract
Dispositivo para el accionamiento de una válvula de control (1) con una carcasa de flujo (2) y una carcasa conductora de flujo (3) dispuesta de manera adyacente a la carcasa mencionada, en la cual se dispone un orificio o una pluralidad de orificios (4), que se utilizan ya sea para la entrada del flujo o para la salida del flujo, en correspondencia con el sentido del flujo previsto en la carcasa de flujo (2), en donde la válvula de control (1) se encuentra dispuesta ya sea en la carcasa de flujo (2) y/o en la carcasa conductora de flujo (3), de manera que un actuador (5) dispuesto de manera adyacente a la válvula de control (1), sea capaz de actuar sobre un elemento de accionamiento (6) dispuesto en la válvula de control (1), directamente o a través de un dispositivo de accionamiento (7) dispuesto entre el elemento de accionamiento (6) y el actuador (5), caracterizado porque, a) el actuador (5) se encuentra fijado de manera rígida en la carcasa de flujo (2), una palanca doble (11) provista de un punto de apoyo (8), un brazo de carga (9) y un brazo de fuerza (10), se encuentra fijada de manera que rote alrededor de su punto de apoyo en la carcasa de flujo (2), y un émbolo de empuje (13) se encuentra fijado en la carcasa de flujo (2) de manera que pueda realizar un movimiento lineal, en una guía del émbolo (12) dispuesta de manera fija en la carcasa de flujo (2), y b) entre una articulación para la aplicación de carga (14) dispuesta en el brazo de carga (9), y el actuador (5), se encuentra dispuesta una barra de acoplamiento (15) de manera que pueda rotar, y entre una articulación para la aplicación de fuerza (16) dispuesta en el brazo de fuerza (10), y la articulación de accionamiento (17) del émbolo de empuje (13), se encuentra dispuesta una biela (18) de manera que pueda rotar, y c) en el extremo del émbolo de empuje (13) enfrentado a la articulación de accionamiento (17), se encuentra dispuesta una articulación de elementos deslizantes (19), en la que el elemento de accionamiento (6) de la válvula de control (1) se encuentra dispuesto de manera que se pueda desplazar y/o que pueda rotar, y d) un resorte de retorno (20) dispuesto de manera adyacente a la articulación de elementos deslizantes (19), que se encuentra alojado en un alojamiento de resorte (21) dispuesto en la carcasa conductora de flujo (3), actúa en el sentido del eje longitudinal del émbolo de empuje (13) sobre dicho émbolo, de manera que el émbolo de empuje (13) siempre presente un contacto exento de juego con la articulación de accionamiento (17) en la biela (18).
