Abstract

Un aparato para conectar y cortar núcleos tubulares con soporte de rodillo (1) que comprende: - un medio (4) para hacer avanzar dichos núcleos (1), dispuesto para posicionar uno de dichos núcleos (1) sobre un soporte de rodadura (10, 11), teniendo dicho núcleo (1) un extremo frontal y un extremo posterior; - un medio (5) para empujar dicho núcleo (1) a lo largo de un eje longitudinal a través de dicho soporte (10, 11), actuando dicho medio (5) para empujar contra dicho extremo posterior, con el fin de llevar dicho extremo frontal a una estación de conexión (60), estando dispuesto, en dicha estación de conexión (60), el extremo posterior de una parte de núcleo (1') para su conexión a dicho extremo frontal de dicho núcleo (1); - un medio de tracción periférica (31) para hacer que gire dicha parte de núcleo (1'); - un medio de conexión (61, 62) presente en dicha estación de conexión (60), que comprende un alimentador de cinta adhesiva (61) y un rodillo de transmisión (62) para hacer que dicho núcleo (1) y dicha parte de núcleo (1') giren alrededor de sus propios ejes, manteniendo el extremo frontal de dicho núcleo (1) y el extremo posterior de dicha parte de núcleo (1') solidarios entre sí, con el fin de arrastrar dicha cinta adhesiva (61) para el devanado y formación de una junta de núcleo; - un medio de transporte (50) para transportar longitudinalmente dicho núcleo (1) y la parte de núcleo (1') conectados a lo largo de dicho eje longitudinal desde dicha estación de conexión (60) hasta una estación de corte (40), estando dicho medio de transporte (50) dispuesto para hacer que dicho núcleo (1) y parte de núcleo (1') funcionen hasta que el extremo frontal de dicha parte de núcleo (1') haya pasado dicha estación de corte (40) en una distancia predeterminada; - un medio de corte para cortar dicho núcleo (1) y dicha parte de núcleo (1') conectados entre sí en dicha estación de corte (40) con el fin de obtener una longitud de núcleo que sea tan larga como dicha distancia; caracterizado por cuanto que dicho medio de arrastre impulsado periférico (31) esté dispuesto para invertir la rotación de dicho núcleo (1) en dicha estación de corte (40) durante el corte después de que el núcleo (1) haya girado en un ángulo predeterminado.
