Abstract
Una composición acuosa para uso en terapia que comprende una vacuna basada en un polisacárido susceptible de escisión hidrolítica de un resto de polisacárido a partir de una proteína portadora, en donde la fuerza iónica de la composición es menor que 30 mM, siendo dicha fuerza iónica calculada usando la fórmula: **Fórmula** en la que cx es la concentración molar de ion x (mol l-1), zx es el valor absoluto de la carga de ion x y la suma abarca todos los iones (n) presentes en la composición.
