Un herraje para la unión articulada de partes de muebles, en especial de un reposacabezas (13) con el respaldo (10) de un sillón o similar una cadena articulada de bridas (12), con bridas (40, 41'') unidas entre sí por medio de articulaciones (22, 23) de las que a menos cada segunda brida tiene, por lo menos en un extremo (47), un saliente y/o un tope (54 o 55) pudiendo chocar entre sí los salientes y topes, (54 y 55) de las bridas sucesivas (40, 41) y estando conformados y dispuestos de tal modo, que entre dos bridas no se sobrepasa un determinado ángulo de basculación al menos en una dirección.
