Abstract

Aparato (23, 30) para convertir un gas de alimentación (28) que comprende compuestos orgánicos y vapor de agua en un gas producto (29) que esencialmente contiene dióxido de carbono e hidrógeno, que comprende - una parte de reformador (24) con al menos una cámara de reacción (15) dotada con un orificio de entrada (26) para gas de alimentación (28) y un orificio de salida (27) para gas producto (29) y la cual está limitada por la pared interior de un tubo exterior (4) cerrado en uno de sus extremos y la pared exterior de un tubo interior (14) dispuesto coaxialmente en este tubo exterior y abierto en ambos extremos, y - una parte de horno (25) para calentar la cámara de reacción (15), en la que el orificio de entrada (26) está formado por el extremo abierto del tubo interior (14) distalmente del extremo cerrado del tubo exterior (4), y el orificio de salida (27) está formado por el extremo abierto del tubo exterior (4), en el cual la parte de horno comprende (25) un quemador (5), una cámara de combustión (1) y una sección de transferencia de calor, la cual está formada por al menos un tubo de transferencia de calor (3) caracterizado porque el tubo de transferencia de calor (3) está cerrado en un extremo y envuelve el al menos un tubo exterior (4) de la parte de reformador (24), y la transferencia de calor del tubo de transferencia de calor (3) al tubo exterior (4) tiene lugar mediante radiación.
