Abstract

Se describe un producto alimenticio del tipo de una torta don un relleno interior o toppinq, carente de salsas líquidas, y con un preparado gelificante que permite la elaboración en frío del producto. La torta comprende un cuerpo de base realizado con harina de trigo y/o maíz, el toppinq comprende diferentes variedades de carne y sus derivados, o alternativamente variedades de pescado y/o marisco, previamente cocinados, y el preparado gelificante comprende salsas gelificadas, incluyendo salsas tales como mejicana, de queso, barbacoa, de tomate o equivalente, que una vez calentadas en el momento de su consumo se licúan para proporcionar al producto alimenticio una textura y apariencia jugosa, en función de los ingredientes que incorporen.
