Abstract
Un método de identificación de un tipo de microorganismo en un cultivo en un recipiente, comprendiendo el método: (a) calcular un valor relativo de normalización para cada respectiva medición en una pluralidad de mediciones de un estado biológico del cultivo en el recipiente, tomado en diferentes 5 puntos temporales entre un primer punto temporal y un segundo punto temporal, entre (i) la respectiva medición y (ii) un estado biológico inicial del cultivo tomado en un punto temporal inicial, formando de ese modo una pluralidad de valores relativos de normalización; (b) determinar, para cada intervalo fijado predeterminado respectivo de puntos temporales entre el primer punto temporal y el segundo punto temporal, una primera derivada de los valores relativos de normalización para las mediciones del estado biológico en el respectivo intervalo fijado predeterminado de puntos temporales, formando de ese modo una pluralidad de valores de transformación de tasas, en donde la pluralidad de valores de transformación de tasas comprende una pluralidad de conjuntos de valores de transformación de tasas, en donde cada respectivo conjunto de valores de transformación de tasas en la pluralidad de conjuntos de valores de transformación de tasas es para un conjunto diferente de puntos temporales contiguos entre el primer punto temporal y el segundo punto temporal; (c) calcular, para cada respectivo conjunto de valores de transformación de tasas en la pluralidad de conjuntos de valores de transformación de tasas, un valor de transformación relativo medio como una medida de la tendencia central de cada uno de los valores de transformación de tasas en el respectivo conjunto de valores de transformación de tasas, calculando de ese modo una pluralidad de valores de transformación relativos medios; (d) determinar una tasa metabólica máxima y un grado de crecimiento a partir de la pluralidad de valores relativos de normalización y la pluralidad de valores de transformación relativos medios; y (e) determinar el tipo de microorganismo en el cultivo en el recipiente a partir de la tasa metabólica máxima y el grado de crecimiento.
