Abstract
Procedimiento para hacer funcionar un aparato (1) de cocción, en el que el aparato (1) de cocción comprende al menos una cámara (2) de cocción y se controla con al menos un dispositivo (5) de control, en el que la cámara (2) de cocción se calienta térmicamente con al menos una fuente (3) de calor y está cerrada por medio de al menos una puerta (4), en el que el aparato de cocción comprende al menos un dispositivo (6) catalizador y al menos un sensor (9) de temperatura para detectar al menos una temperatura característica del dispositivo catalizador, en el que los valores medidos por el sensor de temperatura se evalúan por el dispositivo de control, caracterizado porque el dispositivo catalizador está asociado a un radiador (12), que calienta el dispositivo catalizador hasta una temperatura de trabajo determinada, activando el dispositivo de control el radiador conforme a los valores medidos por el sensor de temperatura y haciéndolo funcionar con un determinado ciclo de calentamiento o con una determinada potencia de calentamiento, para fijar el dispositivo catalizador a la temperatura de trabajo, y porque el radiador no se activa si el dispositivo catalizador alcanza la temperatura de trabajo debido a la energía térmica producida por una reacción catalítica, y porque el dispositivo de control, por medio de los datos de activación y los valores determinados a partir de los mismos, establece la presencia de una reacción catalítica y deriva el punto final de un proceso de cocción.
