Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una planta para la producción de gasóleo a partir de la pirólisis de residuos industriales y urbanos, la cual comprende, sensores e instrumentos de medición e instalaciones de control de los equipos y al menos una red neuronal artificial (RNA) y se refiere también a un proceso de producción de gasóleo en dicha planta, el cual está controlado por RNA; y comprende el registro de los valores de entrada y salida de las etapas operativas del proceso, el entrenamiento y validación de las RNA, que una vez ejecutadas reajustan las variables de las etapas operativas del proceso hasta conseguir un proceso completamente controlado y optimizado.
Description
-al menos un analizador de estado en forma de al menos una red neuronal artificial (RNA), de modo que emita a partir de los valores medidos, magnitudes de control hacia las instalaciones de regulación y control de los equipos de la planta.
La presente invención también describe un proceso para la producción de gasóleo en una planta como la descrita anteriormente, el cual comprende las etapas operativas de tratamiento de residuos, pirólisis de los residuos y condensación de los gases de salida del reactor y está controlado por redes neuronales artificiales (RNA), y dicho proceso adicionalmente comprende:
-adquirir valores de las variables de entrada de al menos una etapa operativa del proceso mediante sensores e instrumentos de medición,
-registrar valores de las variables de salida de al menos una etapa operativa del proceso,
-analizar los valores de las variables de salida y elegir aquellos con mayor incidencia estadística con respecto a los valores de las variables de entrada, los cuales son considerados los valores teóricos o deseados,
-presentar a las RNA el historial de los valores elegidos de las variables de entrada y de salida de al menos una etapa operativa la cual se desee modelar y entrenarlas ajustando los pesos de las conexiones de las neuronas hasta conseguir que los mismos converjan gradualmente hacia los valores que hacen que cada valor de variable de entrada produzca el correspondiente valor teórico o deseado de la variable de salida,
-ejecutar las RNA, entrenadas mediante un algoritmo de aprendizaje, para la estimación de los valores de las variables de salida a partir de los valores de las variables de entrada de al menos una etapa operativa del proceso en marcha y,
-reajustar las variables de al menos una etapa operativa del proceso hasta que los valores de las variables de salida estimados se ajusten a los valores de salida teóricos o deseados con un error inferior al indicado.
