DESCRIPTION

Anti-lifting system for roller shutter type closing device

The present invention relates to a device for closing a defined opening at the level of a building and which comprises, on the one hand, an element of concealment of this opening and, on the other hand, a system for preventing the elevation of this element of concealment.

This invention is related to the scope of the manufacturing of the closing devices consisting of a roller shutter, a canopy, a mosquito net, a garage door or the like. Such a closing device may involve a certain number of security systems, in particular a system, usually called anti-lift and designed to prevent an elevation of the concealment element by an evildoer who attempts to penetrate a building by effraction.

In fact, such a closing device usually includes an element designed to ensure the concealment of a defined opening at the level of a building and that this device must close.

Such a concealment element is presented in the form of a board that has, at its lower end, a sheet, usually called a final sheet. This board also includes, as the case may be, a succession of juxtaposed and articulated sheets between them (as for example in the case of a roller shutter or a garage door), a piece of fabric (in particular in the case of a awning) or a mesh (for example for a mosquito net) whose lower end is connected to such final sheet.

This closing device also includes an axis to which said board is connected, and on which it is wound, respectively from which it is unwound, this board for the folding, respectively the winding, of this board, under the action of a control means , according to the manual or motorized case, that this device involves.

The closing device also has lateral grids inside which the lateral ends of the board are moved, and in particular the final sheet, during the deployment and folding maneuvers of this board.

Advantageously, such a device may be provided with a system, usually called anti-hoisting and designed to prevent the board from being lifted, in particular, by a malefactor who wishes to penetrate by penetration into the interior of the building provided with such a device and, to such Finally, it exerts a pressure under the final lamina of this board.

In particular, from document EP-1.27o.865, a canopy is known, which comprises lateral grains as well as a board whose lateral ends move in these cranes, which is constituted, on the one hand, by a fabric and, on the other hand, by a threshold bar from which the lower end of this fabric is provided.

This awning includes an anti-lift system consisting, on the one hand, of an organ of engagement, bordered on both sides by a cam track and positioned at the level of the bottom of a side grille and, on the other hand by a latch of which it is provided with a lateral end of the threshold bar. This latch is rotatably mounted around an intermediate position between a locking position, in which this latch can cooperate with the hitching organ to prevent lifting, and an unlocking position, in which this latch is retracted with respect to the organ of hitch.

When the panel of this awning is deployed, the anti-lift system latch travels through the cam track that causes this latch to rotate from an intermediate position to a locked position. When this latch reaches the hitch organ, the latter cooperates with this hitch organ, thus preventing the elevation of the board, in a locked position of the board.

When it is desired to fold the awning, it is first necessary to provoke an additional deployment of the board during which the latch is released from the hitching organ and travels the rest of the cam track to its end at the level of which this cam track allows a rotation of This latch in an intermediate position. Next, it is advisable to ensure the folding of the board during which the latch travels, in the opposite direction, the cam track that causes the latch to rotate in an unlocked position. During this withdrawal, this latch moves in an unlocked position in front of the coupling organ, without cooperating with the latter, which allows the complete folding of the board.

In fact, in the locking position of the board, the final sheet of this board is located at a certain distance from the opening threshold, which allows the additional deployment of this board for its release, and then its folding.

This feature then allows a malefactor to pull down on the final sheet to cause this additional deployment before raising the board, which in fact makes the anti-lift system perfectly inefficient.

From DE7309856U, a closing device according to the preamble of claim 1 is also known. The present invention aims to be able to eliminate the inconveniences of the devices of the state of the art.

To this end, the invention relates to a closing device of the type roller shutter, mosquito net, awning, garage door or the like, intended to equip a defined opening at the level of a building and which comprises:

- an element for concealing this opening and which includes at least one sheet;

- lateral grains inside which the lateral ends of at least one sheet of the concealment element are displaced;

- at least one system to prevent the lifting of the concealment element and which, on the one hand, comprises an engaging organ that forms a strike, on the other hand, at least one latch rotatably mounted between a locking position, in the which this latch cooperates with the hitching organ to prevent lifting, and an unlocking position, in which this latch is retracted with respect to the hitching organ and, on the other hand still, a means to push the latch from a locked position towards an unlocking position under the action of a sheet movement.

This closing device is characterized in that:

- at least one lateral rail internally comprises at least one latch that at least one system to prevent the lifting entails and which is rotatably mounted on an interior wall of such crane;

- the sheet of the concealment element comprises, on the one hand, a first part of the sheet provided with the means for pushing the latch in an unlocked position and, on the other hand, a second part of the sheet provided with the engaging organ, these being the first and second movable sheet parts relative to each other.

The invention also relates to a closing device that has the above-mentioned features and, at least in part, constituted by a roller shutter.

Thus, the anti-lifting system includes, on the one hand and associated with a crane, a latch that rotates between a locked position and an unlocked position and, on the other hand and associated with a sheet of the concealment element, an organ for engage this latch in the locked position as well as a means to push this latch in the unlocked position.

In fact, the means for pushing the latch is associated with the first part of the sheet, while the coupling member is associated with the second part of this sheet, these first and second parts of this sheet being advantageously movable relative to each other. between a first position and a second position.

In this first position, in which said first and second sheet parts are separated from each other, the means for pushing the latch conceals the latch organ and prevents this latch from cooperating with this latch organ. This allows the free movement of the concealment element inside the cranes in this first position of the sheet parts that typically and preferably corresponds to that of the deployment / folding controlled by a control means.

In the second position, in which the first and second parts of the sheet are brought closer to each other, the means for pushing the latch does not hide the coupling organ that can then cooperate with the latch. This second position typically and preferably corresponds to that adopted by the second sheet part after the complete deployment of the concealment element or under the action of an elevation resulting from a pressure exerted under this second sheet part.

Thus, the inactivation and activation of the anti-lifting system are advantageously ensured by a relative positioning of the first and second sheet parts corresponding substantially to the position naturally adopted by these sheet parts during the deployment / folding control of the concealment element, respectively under the action of an elevation of this sheet.

Another advantage is that this anti-lift system consists of pieces of simple design, arranged in a simple way and presenting a simple kinematics.

An additional advantage is that this anti-lifting system can be placed at the level of a closing device, either at the time of its manufacture, or later during a renovation or improvement of this device.

Other objectives and advantages of the present invention will appear clearly during the following description which refers to embodiments that are given only as indicative and non-restrictive examples.

The present invention is related to the field of manufacturing closing devices intended to equip a defined opening at the level of a building, more particularly constituted by a dwelling.

Although, in the continuation of the description, a closing device that takes the form of a roller blind (as illustrated in Figure 1) will be mentioned more particularly, the present invention is however in no way limited to the latter and You will also find an application within the framework of a closing device consisting of a garage door, a canopy, a mosquito net or similar.

In fact, whatever the nature of this closure device 1, the latter 1 includes a concealment element 2 designed to ensure concealment of the building opening equipped with this closure device 1.

Such concealment element 2 comprises at least one sheet 20 provided at the free end 21 of this concealment element 2, and usually called the final laminate.

This concealment element 2 also behaves and is connected to this final sheet 20:

- a succession of sheets 22 juxtaposed and articulated with each other in the case of a roller shutter or a garage door;

- a cloth or a mesh in the case of a canopy, respectively a mosquito net.

Finally, this concealment element 2 can provide, at an opposite end 23 to its free end 21, an initial sheet 24.

The closing device 1 also includes a rotating shaft on which it is wound and from which this concealment element 2 is unwound.

This rotating axis is connected to the concealment element 2, either when directly connected to this concealment element 2, or through at least one connecting means 25 associated, on the one hand, with this axis and, on the other hand , with the initial sheet 24 of the concealment element 2 (Figure 2).

Additionally, said closing device 1 includes a system (manual or motorized) to control the rotation of this axis and thus ensure the withdrawal and deployment of the concealment element 2.

Preferably, this axis (even at least part of the control system) is housed within a drawer 3 that this closing device 1 can carry and which also receives the concealment element 2 in the stowed position.

As visible in Fig. 1, the closing device 1 also includes lateral grids (4; 4 ') that extend under the drawer 3 and inside which the lateral ends (26; 26') of the concealment element 2, more particularly the lateral ends (26; 26 ') of the sheets (20, 22, 24) that the latter 2 entails, during the folding and unfolding phases of this concealment element 2.

In addition, this closing device 1 comprises at least one system 5 to prevent the lifting of this concealment element 2, more particularly under the action of a pressure exerted on this concealment element 2, in particular under the final laminate 20 of this last 2.

In fact, such an anti-lift system 5 is associated with at least one sheet (20, 22, 24) of this concealment element 2 as well as with at least one grab (4; 4 ') of the closing device 1, and it comprises :

- a coupling organ 6 that forms a strike;

- at least one latch 7 rotatably mounted between, on the one hand, a locking position, in which the latch 7 cooperates with the engagement member 6 to prevent the lifting of the concealment element 2 and, on the other hand, a unlocking position, in which this latch 7 is retracted with respect to the engaging organ 6 and allows a free movement of the concealment element 2;

- a means 8 for pushing the latch 7 from a locking position towards an unlocking position under the action of a sliding of the sheet (20; 22; 24) in the grains (4; 4 ').

In particular, in figures 2 and 3 an initial sheet 24, respectively a final sheet 20, which, on the one hand, comprises a first part (240; respectively 200) of sheet (24; 20) provided with means 8 to push the latch 7 in an unlocked position and, on the other hand, a second part (240 ', respectively 200') of sheet (24; 20) provided with the engaging organ 6, these being first (240; 200) and second (240 '; 200') movable sheet parts (24; 20) (240; 200) relative to each other (240 '; 200').

As for the latch 7, this takes the form of a locking plate 70 which comprises, on the one hand, a first longitudinal edge 71 rotatably mounted around an axis and on an inner wall (40, 40a) of a gma ( 4; 4 ') and, on the other hand, a second longitudinal edge 72, opposite to the first longitudinal edge 71 and intended to cooperate, as the case may be, with the engaging organ 6 or with the means 8 for pushing this latch 7.

According to a first type of embodiment not shown, this latch 7 can be rotatably mounted on the inner wall 40a of the bottom of such gma (4; 4 '). In such a case, this latch 7 extends in the direction of the concealment element 2 (in particular, in the direction of the sheet (20; 22; 24) which receives the coupling organ 6 and the repulsion means 8), in a direction parallel to the plane of this concealment element 2.

However, and according to a second type of embodiment illustrated in Figures 4 and 5 corresponding to the preferred type of embodiment of the invention, this latch 7 is rotatably mounted on a lateral inner wall 40, which such gma (4; 4 ' ) behaves and extends from the bottom (in particular from the inner wall 40a of this bottom) of said gma (4; 4 ').

Such a latch 7 can be defined directly at the level of the same inner wall (40, 40a) of such a gma (4; 4 ') which then comprises such a latch 7, but is preferably defined at the level of an insert 73 inserted in such a gma ( 4; 4 ') and which involves such a latch 7.

For this purpose, it should be noted that, according to a preferred embodiment illustrated in Figures 4 and 5, such an insert 73 can be inserted into an opening 41 (more particularly a cutout) than the wall (40, 40a) of such lateral gma (4, 4 ') behaves.

As mentioned above, latch 7 is rotatably mounted between a locked position and an unlocked position. In fact, and as visible in Figure 4, the anti-lift system 5 can also include a means 74 designed to ensure the return of the latch 7 from its unlocked position to its locked position.

Such a recoil means 74 may be constituted by a spring made from a wire, in particular of metal, and which comprises, on the one hand, at least one turn inserted around the axis of rotation of the latch 7 and, on the other hand , two branches extending from such a spiral and cooperating, one with the plate 70 of this latch 7 and the other with a wall 40 of the gma (4; 4 ') or with the insert 73.

In fact, such recoil means 74 is designed to act against the action of the means 8 to push the latch 7, in particular to push this latch 7 in the direction of the engaging organ 6.

As mentioned above, the laminate (20, 22, 24) of the concealment element 2 with which the anti-lift system 5 is associated includes a first part of the laminate (20, 22, 24) as well as a second part of laminate (20, 22, 24).

In fact and according to a first feature, this first part of the sheet (20, 22, 24) is located on top of the second part of the sheet (20, 22, 24).

For this purpose, it should be noted that, in the case of a final sheet 20, the first part 200 of this sheet 20 is connected, as the case may be, to the succession of sheets 22, to the fabric or to the mesh of the concealment element 2 The second part 200 'of this final sheet 20 constitutes the distal end element of this concealment element 2, more particularly intended to come into contact with the threshold of the opening provided with the closure device 1 (in particular through a gasket of which this final sheet 20 is provided), in fully deployed position of this concealment element 2 (figure 5a).

In the unfolding or folding phase of the concealment element 2, the second part of the sheet (20; 22; 24) is located in a position of maximum distance from the first part of the sheet (20; 22; 24):

According to another feature of the invention and as visible in the attached figures, the means 8 for pushing the latch 7 is constituted by a cam track 80 along which the latch 7 slides in the unfolding and folding phase of the concealment element 2.

In fact, this cam track 80 extends in the direction of the second part of the sheet (20; 22; 24) and / or along this second part of the sheet (20; 22; 24), in particular at the level of the side end edge 28 (in particular along a part of this side end edge 28) of the second sheet part (20; 22; 24) between this sheet (20; 22; 24) and the organ of hitch 6.
