Abstract

Closing or concealing device (1) for a building, this device (1) comprises, on the one hand, a panel (2) and, on the other hand, at least one anti-theft system (3) comprising: - a locking means (4), comprising the panel (2), which is movable in displacement relative to this panel (2), this between an inactive locking position and an active locking position; - at least one additional locking means (5), comprising the panel (2), which, on the one hand and in the inactive locking position of said locking means (4), is movable in displacement relative to this panel (2), does not cooperate with this locking means (4), and adopts an inactive locking position, and which, on the other hand and only in the active locking position of said locking means (4), cooperates with this locking means (4) and adopts an active locking position; - an actuating means (6), comprising the panel (2), and serving to actuate the movement of the locking means (4) from the inactive locking position to the active locking position, this in case of theft; - at least one immobilisation means (7), comprising the panel (2), which is movable in movement relative to this panel (2), which is integral in movement with said at least one additional locking means (5), and which, in the active locking position of said locking means (4), adopts an active immobilisation position; - at least one additional immobilisation means (8), which is intended to be fixedly integrated into the construction, and each of which cooperates with said at least one immobilisation means (7).

DESCRIPTION

Closing or concealment device with panel and anti-theft system

The present invention relates to a closure or concealment device for a building.

This invention relates to the field of buildings, and furthermore, the present invention relates to a closing or concealing device for a building.

This invention relates to the field of buildings and, more particularly, to the field of manufacturing devices designed to close an opening in a building or designed to hide a room in such a building. In fact, this invention will find a particularly suitable application in the context of a garage door or a roller shutter without the present invention being limited thereto in any way.

Closing devices are already known in the form of a garage door. Such a closing device comprises a garage door panel capable of closing said garage. Said board comprises at least one portion in the form of a rigid panel and switches between a closed position and an open position of the garage. This closing device also comprises lateral sliders that are integrated into the masonry, and inside which rollers move that laterally equip one end (particularly the lower one) of the board. This closing device also comprises a compass system, which connects the deck to the masonry, and which guides this deck during the opening and closing manoeuvres. Such a closing device has drawbacks, in particular, as regards the security of the garage closed by this closing device. In fact, an attempted robbery, which consists of carrying out an action under the board, has the effect of causing the lifting of this board which tilts and thus allows the opening of the garage.

There are also known concealment devices consisting of a roller blind, which completes a door, a window, a glass door or the like, and which allows the interior of a room to be concealed or at least to darken part of the interior of said room. Such a shading device comprises a roller shutter board comprising a plurality of portions hinged in pairs, including an end portion. Each of these board portions is formed by a sheet of roller shutter board. This concealment device also comprises, on the one hand, a winding tube on which the sheets of the board are rolled up and from which they are unrolled, and, on the one hand, means for actuating this winding tube. European patent application EP 1018592 A1 discloses a concealment device of this type.

Such a board may comprise portions in the form of perforated sheets that allow this board to be closed over openings, that is, having openings to let light into the room. In this closed position on the perforations, the sheets are mobile with respect to each other which allows, during a robbery attempt and under the effect of an action exerted under the last sheet of the board, to raise this board enough to allow a person can enter the room.

Such a concealment device may also comprise an anti-theft system comprising at least one connection means for connecting the board to the winding tube. During an attempted robbery and under the effect of an action exerted under the final sheet, this connection means adopts a particular configuration that ensures the blocking of the board and prevents this board from lifting. This anti-theft system has, however, many drawbacks. In particular, this anti-theft system is ineffective when the panel is closed at the perforations or when this panel is partially closed.

The present invention is intended to solve the drawbacks of the closure or concealment devices of the state of the art.

To this end, the invention relates to a closure or concealment device for a building. This device comprises, on the one hand, a dashboard and, on the other, an anti-theft system comprising:

- a blocking means, comprising the board, which is movable in displacement with respect to this board, this between an inactive blocking position and an active blocking position;

- at least one additional blocking means, comprising the board, which, on the one hand and in the inactive locking position of said blocking means, is mobile in displacement with respect to this board, does not cooperate with this blocking means, and adopts an inactive blocking position, and which, on the other hand, and only in the active blocking position of said blocking means, cooperates with said blocking means and adopts an active blocking position;

- a drive means, comprising the board, and used to drive the displacement of the blocking means from the inactive blocking position to the active blocking position, in the event of a theft;

- at least one immobilization means, comprising the board, which is mobile in displacement with respect to this board, which is integral in displacement of said at least one additional locking means, and which, in the active locking position of said locking means, adopts an active position of immobilization; - at least one additional immobilization means, which is intended to be fixedly integrated into the construction, and each of which cooperates with said at least one immobilization means.

- Another characteristic refers to the fact that the board comprises an internal cavity in which at least said locking means and said at least one additional locking means are housed.

Another characteristic is that this closure or concealment device comprises an elastic member, which includes the blocking means, which is fixedly integrated to the board, and which cooperates with the actuating means, to actuate the movement of these locking means. lock and/or this actuation means. An additional feature refers to the fact that the closure or concealment device comprises a wheel, which is mobile in rotation around an axis as well as with respect to the top, and which comprises said at least one additional blocking means.

Yet another characteristic refers to the fact that the closure or concealment device comprises a roller, which is mobile in rotation around an axis as well as with respect to the board, and which comprises said at least one immobilization means.

An additional feature is that the closure or concealment device comprises at least one zipper comprising said at least one additional immobilization means.

Yet another characteristic consists in that the closure or concealment device comprises at least one slider, which is intended to be fixedly integrated into the construction, and within which said at least one means of immobilization and/or said at least an additional immobilization medium.

Finally, the closure or concealment device comprises, on the one hand, a safety edge that constitutes at least in part the actuation means and, on the other hand, the means for mounting this safety edge in displacement with respect to the panel, more particularly on this board.

Thus, the closing or concealment device according to the invention comprises an anti-theft system. The presence of such an anti-theft system advantageously makes it possible, during a theft attempt consisting of exerting an action under the panel of this closing or concealment device (in particular under an end portion of this panel), to immobilize this panel and prevent this board from being raised.

In this closure or concealment device, on the one hand, the board (in particular the lower part of this board, a final section of this board or a final sheet of this board) comprises said blocking means, said at least one locking means additional lock and said at least one immobilization means of the anti-theft system and, on the other hand, said at least one additional immobilization means is permanently integrated into the construction. This advantageously allows, when an action is exerted under the top of the closing or concealment device, to control the movement of the blocking means (through the actuation means) that passes from the inactive blocking position to the active blocking position in in which this locking means cooperates with said at least one additional locking means which adopts an active locking position. Said at least one locking means, coupled with said at least one additional locking means, adopts an active locking position. Through the cooperation of said at least one immobilization means with said at least one additional immobilization means, this active immobilization position makes it possible to immediately ensure the immobilization of this board. In addition, and advantageously, said deck immobilization can be ensured whatever the position (complete closure, partial closure) of this deck and whatever its configuration (particularly in the closure of the perforations). Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent during the description that follows in relation to the embodiments that are given by way of indicative and non-limiting examples.

The present invention relates to the field of construction and, more particularly, to the field of manufacturing devices designed to close an opening comprising a construction, or to hide the interior of a room comprising said construction or to at least partially obscure the interior of such a room. Therefore, the invention relates to a closure or concealment device 1 for such a construction.

According to a first type of embodiment, this invention relates to a closing device 1, which can be constituted by a garage door, and which comprises a panel 2 (more particularly a closing panel 2) that closes an opening in the construction. .

According to a first embodiment of this first type of embodiment, this closing device 1 consists of a swing-type garage door. A closing device 1 of this type then comprises a board 2 (more particularly a closing board) which takes the form of a rigid panel that swings between an opening position and a closing position of the opening of the construction. This board 2 has a lower part (in particular a lower end) which is intended to be placed near a threshold of the opening of the construction (or even leaning against this threshold), this in the closing position of the closing device 1.

According to a second embodiment of this first type of embodiment, this closing device 1 consists of a sectional-type garage door. A closing device 1 of this type then comprises a board 2 (more particularly a closing board) comprising a plurality of portions (20; 20') hinged in pairs by hinge means 21. Each of these portions (20; 20'). 20') is usually called a section. This board 2 comprises, in particular, an end portion 20 (normally called end section) intended to be placed near a threshold of the opening of the construction (or even leaning against this threshold), which is in the closing position of this device. closing 1.

According to a second type of embodiment, the invention refers to a concealment device 1 that can be constituted by a roller shutter that completes a door, a window, a glass door or the like that closes an opening in the building.

A concealment device 1 of this type then comprises a panel 2 (more particularly a blackout panel) that conceals or darkens the interior of a room of this construction. This board 2 comprises a plurality of portions (20; 20') articulated in pairs by means of articulation 21. Each of these portions (20; 20') is, in fact, made up of a sheet of roller shutter board. This board 2 comprises, in particular, an end portion 20 (normally called end sheet) intended to be placed near a threshold of the construction opening (or even leaning against this threshold), which is in the closing position of this device. concealment 2.

Whatever the type of embodiment, the top 2 (depending on the case of closing or concealment) can comprise at least one internal cavity 22.

In this regard, it will be noted that it is, more particularly, the lower part of the rigid panel or the final portion 20 (in particular the final section 20 or the final sheet 20) of the board 2 that then comprises said internal cavity 22. Said cavity internal 22 extends over at least part of the length of the board 2 (more particularly the length of the lower part of the rigid panel or of the final portion 20 of this board 2) and/or leads laterally towards this board 2.

According to the invention, the closing or concealment device 2 comprises at least one anti-theft system 3.

In this regard, it will be noted that it is, in fact, the board 2 of this closure or concealment device 1 (more particularly the lower part of the rigid panel of this board 2 or the final portion 20, in particular the final section 20 or the final sheet 20, of this board 2) which then comprises at least part of said anti-theft system 3.

Be that as it may, said anti-theft system 3 comprises a locking means 4, which comprises the panel 2, and which is movable in displacement with respect to this panel 2, this between an inactive locking position (figures 2 to 4) and a closed position. active blocking (figures 5 to 7).

Said anti-theft system 3 also comprises at least one additional locking means 5, comprising the panel 2, which, on the one hand and in the inactive locking position of said locking means 4 (Figures 2 to 4), is mobile in displacement (more particularly in rotation) with respect to this board 2, does not cooperate with this blocking means 4, and adopts an inactive blocking position, and that, on the other hand and only in the active blocking position of said locking means 4 (figures 5 to 7 ^), cooperates with this locking means 4 and adopts an active locking position.

Said anti-theft system 3 also comprises an actuating means 6, which comprises the panel 2, and which serves to actuate the movement of the locking means 4 from the inactive locking position (figures 2 to 4) to the active locking position (figures 5 to 7), in case of theft.

Said anti-theft system 3 also comprises at least one immobilization means 7, comprising the board 2, which can move in displacement (more particularly in rotation) with respect to this board 2, which is integral in displacement (more particularly in rotation) of said at least one additional locking means 5, and that, in the active locking position of said locking means 4, it adopts an active immobilization position (figures 5 to 7).

Finally, said anti-theft system 3 comprises at least one additional immobilization means 8, which is intended to be fixedly integrated into the construction (more particularly to the masonry of this construction), and each of which cooperates with said at least one immobilization medium 7.

As mentioned above, the board 2 (more particularly the lower part of the rigid panel of this board 2 or the final portion 20, in particular the final section 20 or the final sheet 20, of this board 2) comprises at least one internal cavity 22.

Likewise, and according to another characteristic, it is inside said cavity 22 where at least said blocking means 4 and said at least one additional blocking means 5 are housed.

On the other hand, said at least one immobilization means 7 and/or said at least one additional immobilization means 8 extend outside the board 2 and/or laterally with respect to this board 2.

Yet another characteristic refers to the fact that the closure or concealment device 1 (more particularly the panel 2 of this device 1) comprises an elastic member 9, which comprises the blocking means 4, which is fixedly integrated to the panel 2 , and which cooperates with the drive means 6, to drive the movement of these blocking means 4 and/or these drive means 6.

In fact, the cooperation of the elastic member 9 with this actuation means 6 allows, in the event of a theft attempt by action (lifting) exerted under the deck 2 (in particular on the actuation means 6 comprising this deck 2), actuate the displacement of the blocking means 4 from the inactive blocking position (figures 2 to 4) to the active blocking position (figures 5 to 7), this causing the deformation of this elastic member 9 which has the effect of causing the passage of the blocking means 4 (which comprises this elastic member 9) from the inactive blocking position (figures 2 to 4) to the active blocking position (figures 5 to 7).

Alternatively or (and preferably) additionally, this elastic member 9 also cooperates with the actuating means 6 to actuate the displacement of these actuating means 6, this after an attempted robbery and/or after the interruption of the action exerted under board 2. This cooperation then allows, after an attempted robbery and/or after the interruption of the action exerted under the board 2, this elastic member 9 to return this actuation means 6 to its initial position (corresponding to the one adopted in the absence of such attempted theft or action).

Be that as it may, this elastic member 9 can be constituted by an elastic rod 90 comprising, on the one hand, a fixed end 91 fixedly integrated to the board 2, on the other hand, a free end 92 that cooperates with the drive means 6 and, on the other hand, an intermediate part 93, which extends between the fixed end 91 and the free end 92, and which includes the blocking means 4.

In this regard, it will be noted that this blocking means 4 is advantageously constituted by a deformation (more particularly a corrugation, a protrusion, a lug or the like) of the elastic rod 90, more particularly of the intermediate part 93 of this elastic rod 9.

As can be seen in the attached figures, such an elastic member 9 is, at least in part, positioned within said at least one internal cavity 22 comprising the board 2.

Another feature (particularly visible in Figures 4 and 7) refers to the fact that the rigid panel or the final portion 20 of the board 2 comprises a bottom 25 comprising a slot 26 through which at least part of the member extends. elastic 9, this will be integrated into the board 2 (in particular the rigid panel or the final portion 20 of this board 2) as well as to cooperate with the drive means 6. It is also through this slot 26 that this elastic member 9, in particular in the event of theft and/or action exerted under the board 2, this under the impulse of this drive means 6, or even in the case of return of this drive means 6 by this elastic member 9.

An additional feature refers to the fact that the closure or concealment device 1 (more particularly its top 2) comprises a wheel 10, which is mobile in rotation around an axis as well as with respect to the top 2, and comprising said at least one additional blocking means 5.

As can be seen in the attached figures, this wheel 10 is placed inside said at least one internal cavity 22 that comprises the board 2.

Furthermore, each of said at least one additional locking means 5 is constituted by a notch 50 or by a tooth.

In fact, the anti-theft system 3 comprises a plurality of additional locking means 5, each of which is constituted by such a notch 50 or by such a tooth, so that said wheel 10 is constituted by a toothed wheel.

Another feature refers to the fact that the closure or concealment device 1 (more particularly its top 2) comprises a roller 11, which is mobile in rotation around an axis as well as with respect to the top 2, and comprising said at least an immobilization medium 7.

In this regard, it will be noted that said roller 11 extends laterally with respect to the board 2 and/or outside this board 2.

Furthermore, the axis about which this roller 11 rotates is at least parallel to (or even, and preferably coincident with) the axis about which the wheel 10 rotates.

Furthermore, each of said at least one immobilization means 7 is constituted by a tooth 70 or by a notch.

In fact, the anti-theft system 3 comprises a plurality of immobilization means 7, each of which is constituted by said tooth 70 or by said notch, so that said roller 11 is constituted by a toothed roller.

As mentioned above, said at least one immobilization means 7 is integral in displacement (more particularly in rotation) of said at least one additional locking means 5.

In this regard, it will be noted that the closure or concealment device 1 (more particularly its panel 2) comprises a transmission shaft 12 that is integral in displacement (more particularly in rotation) of said at least one additional blocking means 5 as well as that said at least one means of immobilization 7.

In fact, this transmission shaft 12 is integral in displacement (more particularly in rotation) with the wheel 10 (comprising said at least one additional blocking means 5) as well as roller 11 (comprising said at least one immobilizing means 7).

This transmission shaft 12 is mobile in rotation around an axis as well as with respect to the board 2.

Furthermore, the axis about which this transmission shaft 12 is rotatable is at least parallel to (or even, and preferably coincides with) the axis about which the wheel 10 is rotatable and/or the axis around which the roller 11 is mobile in rotation.

Additionally, the closure or concealment device 1 (particularly its panel 2) can also comprise a support 13 that is fixedly integrated to the panel 2, more particularly to the lower part of the rigid panel or to the final portion 20 (particularly of the final section 20 or of the final sheet 20) of this board 2.

According to a first embodiment, said support 13 can be constituted by a side wall comprising the board 2.

However, and according to another embodiment illustrated in the attached figures, such support 13 takes the form of an insert that is at least partially embedded (preferably tight) inside the internal cavity 22 of the board 2, more particularly at a lateral end of this board 2.

Such a support 13 may comprise means 130 for receiving the elastic member 9, more particularly the fixed end 91 of the elastic rod 90 that constitutes this elastic member 9.

Said receiving means 130 can take the form of a hole or a housing. The shape and/or dimensions, on the one hand, of said hole or of said housing and, on the other hand, of the elastic member 9 (more particularly of the fixed end 91 of the elastic rod 90 of this elastic member 9) are defined to ensure a fixed mounting of this elastic member 9 (more particularly of the fixed end 91 of the elastic rod 90) on said support 13.

Alternatively or (and preferably) additionally, such support 13 comprises reception means 131 of said at least one additional locking means 5 and/or of the wheel 10 comprising said at least one additional locking means 5.

In this case, such receiving means 131 can take the form of a hole or a housing. The shape and/or dimensions, on the one hand, of said hole or of said housing and, on the other hand, of said at least one additional blocking means 5 and/or of the wheel 10 are defined to allow free rotation, in inside this hole or this housing, said at least one additional blocking means 5 and/or this wheel 10.

Alternatively or (and preferably) additionally, such support 13 comprises receiving means 132 of drive shaft 12.

Said receiving means 132 can also take the form of a hole or a housing. The shape and/or dimensions, on the one hand, of said hole or of said housing and, on the other hand, of the drive shaft 12 are defined to allow free rotation of said drive shaft 12 within this hole or of this housing . In this regard, it will be noted that said support 13 then more particularly takes the form of a bearing configured to receive said transmission shaft 12 in rotation.

Another characteristic refers to the fact that, on the one hand, the receiving means 131 of said at least one additional blocking means 5 and/or of the wheel 10 and, on the other hand, each of the receiving means 132 of the drive shaft 12 extend along an axis, these axes are preferably superimposed.

Yet another characteristic is that the closure or concealment device 1 comprises at least one zipper 14 comprising said at least one additional immobilization means 8.

Said rack 14 is intended to form an integral part of the construction, more particularly with the masonry of this construction.

With regard to said at least one additional immobilization means 8, each of these is constituted by a notch, by an opening 80 (in particular by a cut) or by a tooth.

Thus, when each of said at least one immobilizing means 7 is constituted by a tooth 70, respectively by a notch, said at least one additional immobilizing means 8 is then each constituted by a notch, by an opening 80 (in particular by a cutout) or by a tooth, respectively by a tooth.

An additional feature refers to the fact that the closure or concealment device 1 also comprises at least one slider (not shown), which is intended to be fixedly integrated into the construction (more particularly to the masonry of this construction), and inside in which said at least one immobilization means 7 and/or said at least one additional immobilization means 8 is located.

It is, more particularly, within such a slide that said at least one immobilization means 7 and/or the roller 11 comprising said at least one immobilization means 7 moves.

Said at least one additional immobilization means 8 and/or the rack 14 comprising said at least one additional immobilization means 8 is also located inside said slider.

Additionally, the lateral end of the board 2 can also be located (in particular in a movable manner) inside said slider.

As mentioned above, the closure or concealment device 1 comprises an actuating means 6. In this regard, it will be noted that this closure or concealment device 1 (more particularly its top 2) then comprises, on the one hand, an edge of safety edge 15 that constitutes at least in part the actuation means 6 and, on the other hand, displacement mounting means 16 of said safety edge 15 with respect to the board 2.

In fact, such displacement mounting means 16 are, more particularly, configured to ensure displacement mounting of this safety edge 15 on this board 2, more particularly on the final portion 20 (end section or final sheet) of this board two.

Furthermore, such offset mounting means 16 are configured to allow offset of this safety edge 15 in a direction parallel to a plane along which the rigid panel or end portion 20 (in particular end section 20) extends. or the final sheet 20) of the board 2 and/or in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal edge that comprises the lower part of this rigid panel or this final portion 20, more particularly that comprises the lower end of this lower part of the rigid panel or of this final portion 20.

As can be seen in the attached figures, this safety edge 15 takes the form of a sheet 150 comprising two longitudinal edges 151 each equipped with a return 152. As seen in figures 4 and 7, the rigid panel or portion end 20 therefore comprises two parallel longitudinal walls 23 each of which has, near its free end, a slot 24 to receive, freely moving within said slot 24, a return 152 of the safety edge 15. The offset mounting means 16 are therefore formed by the returns 152 of the safety edge 15 and by the slots 24 of the rigid panel or end portion 20.

Finally, the closing or concealment device 1 comprises drive means 17 for the board 2, these drive means 17 are configured to drive said board 2 in displacement, this between said open position and said closed or concealed position.

According to a preferred embodiment, these drive means 17 are of the motorized type.

In fact, it is, more particularly, the panel 2 of this closure or concealment device that comprises said actuating means 17.

In this regard, it will be noted that these motorized actuation means 17 are housed, at least in part, inside the internal cavity 22 comprising the board 2, more particularly inside the internal cavity 22 comprising the rigid panel or the final portion 20 (in particular the final section 20 or the final sheet 20) of this board 2.

Said motorized drive means 17 comprise a motor 170 that is installed inside the cavity 22 of the board 2, more particularly inside the internal cavity 22 that comprises the rigid panel or the final portion 20 (in particular the final section 20 or the sheet end 20) of this board 2.

A motor 170 of this type comprises, on the one hand, a stator that is fixedly integrated to the board 2 (more particularly to the rigid panel or to the final portion 20) and, on the other hand, a rotor mobile in rotation with respect to the stator , more particularly within this stator.

These motorized actuation means 17 also comprise a transmission shaft 171 that is coupled with the motor 170 (more particularly with the rotor of this motor 170), this directly or indirectly.

Thus, and according to a preferred embodiment illustrated in the attached figures, the motorized drive means 17 further comprise a gear train 172 comprising, on the one hand, a first gear that is integral in rotation with the motor rotor 170 and, on the other hand, part, a second gear, which is integral in rotation with the transmission shaft 171, and which is meshed with the first gear, this for a transmission shaft 171 in indirect coupling with the motor 170.

As can be seen in the attached figures, this drive shaft 171 is coupled or (and preferably) overlaps with the drive shaft 12 mentioned above.

Therefore, this transmission shaft 171 is coupled with said at least one immobilization means 7, more particularly with the roller 11 comprising said at least one immobilization means 7. This advantageously allows the motorized drive means 17 to drive said at least one immobilization means 7 and/or the roller 11 (comprising said at least one immobilization means 7), this to guarantee the activation of the board 2 and, therefore, its displacement between the open and closed positions.

Closure or concealment device (1) for a building, this device (1) comprises, on the one hand, a panel (2) and, on the other hand, at least one anti-theft system (3) comprising: - a blocking means (4), comprising the board (2), which is movable in displacement with respect to this board (2), this between an inactive blocking position and an active blocking position; - at least one additional locking means (5), comprising the board (2), which, on the one hand and in the inactive locking position of said locking means (4), is mobile in displacement with respect to this board (2), does not cooperate with this blocking means (4), and adopts an inactive blocking position, and that, on the other hand and only in the active blocking position of said blocking means (4), cooperates with this means lock (4) and adopts an active lock position; - an actuating means (6), which comprises the board (2), and which serves to actuate the movement of the locking means (4) from the inactive locking position to the active locking position, this in the event of theft ; - at least one immobilization means (7), comprising the board (2), which is mobile in displacement with respect to this board (2), which is integral in displacement with said at least one additional blocking means (5) , and that, in the active locking position of said locking means (4), it adopts an active immobilization position; - at least one additional immobilization means (8), which is intended to be fixedly integrated into the construction, and each of which cooperates with said at least one immobilization means (7). Closure or concealment device (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the panel (2) comprises at least one internal cavity (22) inside which at least said blocking means (4) and said at least one additional blocking means (5). 3. Closure or concealment device (1) according to any of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that said at least one immobilization means (7) and/or said at least one additional immobilization means (8) extend outside the board (2) and/or laterally with respect to this board (2). 4. Closure or concealment device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises an elastic member (9), comprising the blocking means (4), which is fixedly integrated into the board (2), and which cooperates with the drive means (6), to drive the movement of these blocking means (4) and/or this drive means (6). 5. Closure or concealment device (1) according to claim 4, characterized in that the elastic member (9) consists of an elastic rod (90) comprising, on the one hand, a fixed end (91) that is fixedly integrated to the board (2), on the other hand, a free end (92) that cooperates with the drive means (6) and, furthermore, on the other hand, an intermediate part (93), which extends between the fixed end (91) and the free end (92), and comprising the locking means (4). 6. Closure or concealment device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a wheel (10), which can rotate around an axis as well as with respect to the tabletop (2), and comprising said at least one additional blocking means (5). Closure or concealment device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that each of said at least one additional locking means (5) is constituted by a notch (50) or by a tooth. 8. Closure or concealment device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a roller (11), which is mobile in rotation around an axis as well as with respect to the board (2), and comprising said at least one means of immobilization (7). Closure or concealment device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises at least one zipper (14) comprising said at least one additional immobilization means (8). 10. Closure or concealment device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that each of said at least one immobilization means (7) is constituted by a tooth (70), respectively by a notch, while each one of said at least one additional immobilization means (8) is constituted by a notch, by an opening (80) or by a tooth, respectively by a tooth. 11. Closure or concealment device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a transmission shaft (12) that is integral in movement with said at least one additional blocking means (5) and with said at least one immobilization medium (7). 12. Closure or concealment device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a support (13), which is fixedly integrated to the board (2), and which comprises receiving means (131) of said at minus one additional locking means (5). 13. Closure or concealment device (1) according to claims 4 or 11, characterized in that it comprises a support (13), which is fixedly integrated to the board (2), and which comprises receiving means (132) of said shaft transmission (12) or reception means (130) of the elastic member (9). 14. Closure or concealment device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises at least one slide, which is intended to be permanently integrated into the construction, and inside which said at least one means of immobilization is located (7) and/or said at least one additional immobilization means (8). 15. Closure or concealment device (1) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises, on the one hand, a safety edge (15) that constitutes at least part of the actuation means (6) and, on the other hand, , displacement mounting means (16) of this safety edge (15) with respect to the board (2), more specifically on this board (2).
