Abstract
Un método para detectar la presencia o ausencia de una diana de polinucleótido en una muestra, que comprende: a. proporcionar un soporte sólido revestido que comprende un sustrato sólido, una capa catiónica, y una pluralidad de sondas específicas de diana unidas al soporte sólido revestido; b. aplicar al soporte sólido revestido la muestra y un medio de reacción; c. someter la muestra a un proceso de amplificación dependiente de helicasa isotermo que puede amplificar una diana de polinucleótido mientras que al mismo tiempo hibrida las dianas de polinucleótidos amplificados a las sondas específicas de diana; d. detecta la presencia o la ausencia de dianas de polinucleótidos unidos a las sondas.
