Abstract

Unidad de plegado para hojas de cartón corrugado (18) en una producción en línea de cajas de cartón corrugado, que comprende un par de brazos de plegado (1, 2) paralelos y lateralmente desplazables, teniendo cada uno, una cinta transportadora sin fin (3, 4), extendiéndose dichos brazos de plegado desde la entrada (19) de la unidad de plegado hasta la salida (20) de la unidad de plegado, un par de guías de plegado (5, 6) dispuestas debajo de los brazos de plegado correspondientes (1, 2) y que se extienden, aunque no en su totalidad, desde la entrada (19) de la unidad de plegado y hacia la salida (20) de la unidad de plegado, un par de varillas de plegado (33, 34) colocadas de manera fija fuera de las guías de plegado correspondientes (5, 6) y formando ángulo con las respectivas guías de plegado, estando dispuestas dichas varillas de plegado en la parte frontal de la unidad de plegado, visto en la dirección de transporte (15) de las hojas de cartón corrugado (18), un par de cintas de plegado (7, 8) que están dispuestas debajo de una guía de plegado correspondiente (5, 6) y que cooperan con la misma y que se extienden desde un rodillo de guía asociado (16) que posee un eje vertical situado en el extremo terminal de la varilla de plegado (33, 34), visto en la dirección de transporte (15) hacia un rodillo de guía asociado (17) que posee un eje horizontal sustancialmente adyacente a la salida (20) y un par de soportes de rueda (22, 23) que está cado uno acoplado con las cintas de plegado correspondientes (7, 8) en una posición en la dirección de transporte (15) de las hojas de cartón corrugado detrás del extremo terminal de las guías de plegado (5, 6) y sustancialmente adyacente a los brazos de plegado correspondientes (1, 2), según lo cual una hoja de cartón corrugado (18) suministrada a la entrada (19) de la unidad de plegado es agarrada por el par de cintas transportadoras (3, 4) y transportada a lo largo de las guías de plegado (5, 6) y los dos paneles más exteriores (55, 56) de la hoja de cartón corrugado (18) son plegados de manera sucesiva de 0° a 90° por las correspondientes varillas de plegado (33, 34) en cooperación con la guía de plegado asociada (5, 6), después de lo cual cada panel (55, 56) plegado a 90° se acopla con la cinta de plegado asociada (7, 8) y la guía de plegado (5, 6) que coopera con dicha cinta de plegado para un plegado permanente y luego deja la guía de plegado asociada (5, 6) para ponerse en contacto con el soporte de rueda asociado (22, 23) y finalmente es proporcionado por el par de rodillos de guía (17) que tienen un eje horizontal, los paneles (55, 56) son plegados a 180°, en la salida (20), caracterizada por que cada soporte de rueda (22, 23) comprende una fijación (41) que está fijada de manera permanente al brazo de plegado asociado (1, 2) y en la que al menos una placa de guía (42) está fijada de manera permanente perpendicularmente al brazo de plegado (1, 2), al menos una rueda (43) que está soportada de manera giratoria por un soporte (44), estando el soporte colgado de manera giratoria mediante un par de pasadores de guía separados (45) de un par de hendiduras verticalmente arqueadas (46) en dicha placa de guía (42), y un accionador (47), uno de cuyos extremos está fijado de manera giratoria a la fijación (41) y cuyo otro extremo está fijado de manera giratoria al soporte (44), estableciéndose el ángulo de dicha rueda (43) con respecto a la cinta de transporte asociada (3, 4) mediante el accionador (47) y por que el accionador (47) es controlado desde una consola de accionamiento y configuración (21) en la que se han introducido las dimensiones y las propiedades de las hojas de cartón corrugado (18) y que, cuando la unidad de plegado está en funcionamiento, permite una configuración precisa del ajuste angular de los soportes de rueda (22, 23).
