Abstract

Cárter de aceite destinado a ser fijado a un bloque motor (24), que comprende una carcasa inferior, un filtro de aspiración y una placa anti-emulsión, en el que: - la carcasa inferior (2) comprende un elemento que forma una porción inferior (20) del filtro de aspiración, estando la carcasa inferior (2) y dicho elemento (20) realizados de una sola pieza por moldeo; - el cárter (100) comprende además una carcasa superior (1) que comprende un elemento que forma una porción superior del filtro de aspiración (21), y una pared que forma la placa anti-emulsión (15), estando la carcasa superior (1), dicho elemento (21) y la placa anti-emulsión (15) realizados de una sola pieza por moldeo; estando las carcasas inferior y superior (2, 1) ensambladas la una a la otra de manera estanca para formar una caja rígida, estando la porción inferior y la porción superior (20, 21) del filtro de aspiración, en el estado ensamblado de las carcasas, ensambladas la una a la otra de manera estanca, con interposición de una rejilla (3), de manera que formen un filtro de aspiración que permita la aspiración de aceite hacia el motor.
