Abstract
Una prótesis (20) de mano articulada que tiene un metacarpo (21) que se extiende sustancialmente a lo largo de un plano metacarpiano (M-M) y al menos un dedo (2) pulgar que tiene una falange (22) proximal conectada de manera rotativa al metacarpo (21) y un dedo (3) índice que tiene una falange (23) proximal conectada de manera rotativa al metacarpo (21), que comprende: - medios (30) de flexión del dedo (3) índice adecuados para hacer que el dedo (3) índice rote alrededor de un eje (4) de flexión sustancialmente paralelo al plano metacarpiano (M-M); - medios (40) de aducción del dedo (2) pulgar adecuados para hacer que el dedo (2) pulgar rote alrededor de un eje (73) de aducción sustancialmente paralelo al plano metacarpiano (M-M) e inclinado con respecto al eje (4) de flexión del dedo índice; - un motor (24) eléctrico integrado en la prótesis (20); - medios (50) de transmisión de movimiento entre el motor (24) eléctrico y los medios (30) de flexión y medios (40) de aducción, siendo dichos medios (50) de transmisión de movimiento, medios mecánicos; - un elemento (12) de rotación principal accionado por el motor (24) eléctrico; - dichos medios (50) de transmisión de movimiento están dispuestos para accionar de manera sustancialmente selectiva dichos medios (30) de flexión y dichos medios (40) de aducción; caracterizada porque : - dichos medios (50) de transmisión de movimiento están configurados para que un primer movimiento (60) angular del elemento (12) de rotación principal entre una primera posición (61) angular y una segunda posición (62) angular provoque una rotación (66) de flexión de la falange (23) proximal del dedo (3) índice entre una posición cerrada y una posición abierta, en la que los medios (40) de aducción del dedo (2) pulgar permanecen bloqueados durante dicho primer movimiento (60) angular del elemento (12) de rotación principal entre la primera posición (61) angular y la segunda posición (62) angular.
