Abstract

Un método para la separación de lignina de lejía negra original que comprende las siguientes etapas en secuencia: a) Precipitación de lignina mediante una primera etapa de acidificación de la lejía negra original añadiendo un primer ácido, b) seguida por deshidratación mientras se forma una primera torta de filtro con alto contenido de lignina, c) suspender la primera torta de filtro de lignina obtenida en la etapa b en una segunda etapa de acidificación usando un segundo ácido, d) con lo que se obtiene una segunda suspensión de lignina, e) deshidratación de la segunda suspensión de lignina formando una segunda torta de filtro con alto contenido de lignina, f) lavar la segunda torta de filtro y finalmente, g) deshidratación de la segunda torta de lignina lavada obteniendo un producto de lignina, caracterizado porque los gases residuales emitidos desde la segunda etapa de acidificación se recirculan y se mezclan con la lejía negra original como muy tarde en la primera etapa de acidificación, porque el primer ácido es dióxido de carbono y porque el segundo ácido es un ácido fuerte que tiene un pKa negativo, preferentemente ácido sulfúrico.
