Abstract

Una cápsula (1) para obtener una bebida inyectando en la cápsula (1) un fluido presurizado, que comprende un cuerpo a modo de caja (2, 3) que aloja una sustancia (302) de la que es posible extraer una bebida mediante dicha inyección de fluido presurizado, comprendiendo además dicho cuerpo a modo de caja en su interior un inserto (5) que separa dicha sustancia (302) con respecto a una pared inferior (4) de dicho cuerpo a modo de caja para formar un espacio intermedio (521) entre dicho inserto (5) y dicha pared inferior (4), comprendiendo dicho inserto (5) un orificio (505) para el paso de la bebida hacia dicho espacio intermedio (521), comprendiendo dicha pared inferior (4) una región (401) que puede perforarse para obtener una abertura (410) para el flujo de salida de la bebida, caracterizada porque comprende, en dicho espacio intermedio (521), un depósito (520) que está dispuesto lateralmente con respecto a dicha región perforable (401), estando adaptado dicho depósito (520) para acumular la bebida recibida directamente desde dicho orificio (505) y hacer que salga de dicha abertura (410) mediante desbordamiento.
