Abstract
Procedimiento para el aislamiento de metionina obtenida mediante fermentación, a) calentándose un caldo de fermentación que contiene metionina, que se produce en la fermentación de un microorganismo productor de metionina, a una temperatura en el intervalo de 60 a 120ºC, que es suficiente para aumentar la solubilidad de metionina en la fase líquida, b) obteniéndose a partir de la misma una fase líquida enriquecida en metionina, al separarse la biomasa del caldo de fermentación concentrado, y c) separándose por cristalización metionina, en caso dado tras concentración de la fase líquida concentrada, lavándose, g1) en caso dado lavándose, en caso dado, siendo calentado el líquido empleado para el lavado, y g3) secándose la biomasa separada en la etapa b).
