Abstract

Un dispositivo para el calentamiento de una cantidad de líquido en un recipiente (1a) por medio de la utilización de vapor, que comprende una fuente de vapor, un conducto (5) para el paso del vapor, teniendo dicho conducto (5) un extremo de entrada (6), a través del cual entra el vapor que proviene de la fuente, y un extremo de salida (1b, 9), a través del cual sale el vapor y fluye hacia el interior de la cantidad de líquido que se ha de calentar, estando situado dicho segundo extremo (1b, 9) o fuera del recipiente (1a) o en el interior de la cantidad de líquido del recipiente (1a), estando dispuesto el conducto (5) de vapor de forma coaxial en un elemento tubular (14) que se extiende en dirección axial substancialmente desde el extremo de entrada (6) hasta el extremo de salida (9) del conducto (5), con respecto al cual está separado en dirección radial, conformando de esta manera un primer hueco anular (15) que se extiende en dirección axial, estando cerrado dicho primer hueco (15) en ambos extremos axiales respectivos sobre dicho elemento tubular (14), caracterizado por que dicho elemento tubular (14) está dispuesto de forma coaxial en el interior de una camisa (21), conformando de esta manera un segundo hueco (22) que se extiende en dirección axial, estando cerrado dicho segundo hueco (22) en sus dos extremos axiales respectivos sobre dicho elemento tubular (14).
