Abstract

1. Prótesis para la articulación de la cadera, perfeccionada, con un vástago recto en forma de hoja, ensanchándose dicho vástago primero cónicamente desde su extremo distal y simétricamente con respecto a un eje central longitudinal, convirtiéndose la superficie cónica de la cara estrecha lateral, a una altura de aproximadamente, 3/4 partes de la altura del vástago, en una superficie inclinada hacia el eje central longitudinal, mientras que la cara estrecha medial sale del cono en una curva continua, desembocando sin escalonamiento en una valona que separa la hoja del cuello de la prótesis, caracterizada porque la curva continua para la cara estrecha medial tiene la forma de un arco circular que establece la unión entre el punto de transmisión del cono, la desembocadura sin escalonamiento en el cuello de la prótesis y el centro de la cabeza de la articulación. 2. Prótesis, según reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque el punto de transición del cono se encuentra por debajo de la mitad de laaltura del vástago. 3. Prótesis, según reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la espaldilla que constituye la transmisión de la cara estrecha latera al cuello del vástago lleva una cavidad prevista la colocación de un instrumento de hincar, cuya cavidad se encuentra trasladada medialmente con respecto el aje central longitudinal de la hoja del vástago. 4. Prótesis, según reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque el lado inferior de la cabeza de la articulación el lado inferior de la cabeza de la articulación lleva, además, una cavidad de saque. 5. Prótesis para la articulación de la cadera perfeccionada.
