Abstract

Un sistema (100) para preparar una cantidad de bebida predeterminada partiendo de un producto de infusión, comprendiendo el sistema (100): (a) una cápsula intercambiable (1), que comprende, a su vez, una estructura en forma de copa (2) asociada a una tapa correspondiente (6), que encierran un espacio interior que contiene el producto de infusión, comprendiendo la tapa (6) un área de salida (7) para la bebida de infusión desde la estructura en forma de copa (2); y (b) una máquina de filtración (150) para la preparación de infusiones; comprendiendo dicha máquina de filtración (150) un receptáculo porta-cápsulas (160) y un dispositivo de dispensación (170) de un líquido a presión; caracterizado porque el área de salida (7) de dicha tapa (6) comprende una pluralidad de válvulas (7a, 7b) que, desde una posición cerrada de dicha área de salida (7), cambian a una posición abierta de dicha área de salida (7), solamente por la acción de la bebida a presión que fluye dentro de dicha estructura en forma de copa (2) hacia fuera, para modificar permanentemente la configuración de dicha tapa (6); y porque dicha tapa (6) está separada de un elemento de cierre superior (190) del receptáculo (160) por una distancia (H); siendo dicha distancia (H) indirectamente ajustable durante la fabricación de dicha cápsula intercambiable (1).
