Como alternativa o en combinación, el hilo ya puede estar acabado con agentes y factores útiles, respectivamente.

[0091] La Figura 1 muestra esquemáticamente una forma de realización alternativa de un hilo 100 según la presente invención. El hilo 100 comprende una estructura de retención celular 110 que tiene elementos de retención celular 115 en forma de protuberancias, preferiblemente en forma de púas. Las células 120 están fijadas entre las protuberancias 115 y áreas de superficie 108 del hilo bajo las protuberancias
115. De este modo, el riesgo de una pérdida celular, en particular por arancamiento de las células 120 durante la inserción del hilo 100, se puede minimizar eficazmente.
