Abstract
Pieza de empalme para tubo de metal (700) envuelto en una camisa (702) comprendiendo la pieza de empalme: - un adaptador (100), teniendo éste un elemento tubular que define una vía de paso longitudinal (106) con un eje longitudinal (104) para flujo de fluidos; - un cuerpo (200) para alojar en él el tubo, estando situado el cuerpo (200) en el lado contrario al del adaptador (100) y alineado con el eje longitudinal, teniendo el cuerpo (200) un primer extremo hacia el lado del adaptador (100) - un elemento de estanquidad (300) co 10 locado entre el adaptador (100) y el cuerpo (200) - un retén (400) situado por fuera del elemento de estanquidad (300) alojando el retén (400) el adaptador (100) y alojando el cuerpo (200) una primera brida (600) situada cerca del adaptador (100) y una segunda brida (650) situada cerca del cuerpo (200) y - un elemento de fijación (800) para mover la primera brida (600) y la segunda brida (650) la una hacia a la otra comprendiendo la pieza de empalme además: - un casquillo (500) en un segundo extremo del cuerpo (200); estando configurado el casquillo (500) para aprisionar la camisa (702) del tubo (700) fijando mecánicamente la pieza de empalme a la camisa (702) caracterizada porque el casquillo (500) está configurado para conseguir un sellado estanco entre el casquillo (500) y la camisa (702) y entre el casquillo (500) y el cuerpo (200) donde el cuerpo (200) incluye un rebaje anular troncocónico (208) en un segmento distante del segundo extremo del cuerpo (200), estando situado el casquillo (500) en el rebaje anular troncocónico (208) y teniendo el rebaje anular troncocónico (208) una superficie que forma un primer ángulo (a) con respecto al eje longitudinal (104) y caracterizada porque el casquillo (500) tiene una superficie achaflanada (502), formando un segmento (506) de la superficie achaflanada (502) un segundo ángulo (b) con respecto al eje longitudinal (104) siendo el segundo ángulo (b) del segmento de la superficie achaflanada (502) menor que el primer ángulo (a) del rebaje anular (208).
