Abstract

Un dispositivo para degradación biológica de material orgánico y para producir biogás a partir de dicha degradación, que comprende un recipiente (4) cerrado con una abertura (12) de llenado para el material orgánico y aberturas (5, 18) de descarga para los productos de degradación y uno o más elementos (26) giratorios montados sobre un eje (24) y dispuestos para rotación en el recipiente, caracterizado porque cada elemento (26) giratorio comprende por lo menos un cuerpo (28; 28a-c) de cilindro y un elemento (30) en forma de disco dispuesto perpendicularmente al eje (24) y con una pluralidad de aberturas (32) pasantes desde un primer lado (30a) del elemento (30) en forma de disco a un segundo lado (30b) del elemento (30) en forma de disco para mover el material orgánico desde el primer lado (30a) hasta el segundo lado (30b), y el cuerpo (28; 28a-c) de cilindro se conecta al segundo lado (30b) del elemento (30) en forma de disco y que sobresale del mismo, de forma concéntrica alrededor del eje (24).
