Abstract

Procesador de circulación (1) que comprende: una base (2) que tiene un motor de accionamiento (21) dispuesto en su interior, en donde se dispone un mandril (22) en el motor de accionamiento (21); un recipiente (3) dispuesto sobre la base (2), en donde se forma un espacio (31) en una parte inferior del recipiente (3), se forma una abertura de reflujo (34) en una mitad superior del recipiente (3) y la abertura de reflujo (34) está comunicada con el espacio (31) de la parte inferior del recipiente (3); una unidad de corte (4) que se coloca en la parte inferior del recipiente (3), se conecta al mandril (22) del motor de accionamiento (21) y se utiliza para que gire para triturar los alimentos, las verduras y la fruta que se encuentran en el interior del recipiente (3); caracterizado por un mecanismo de presión (5) que está comunicado con el espacio (31) de la parte inferior del recipiente (3) y por que presuriza para transferir los alimentos, la verdura y la fruta triturados al interior del recipiente (3) mediante la abertura de reflujo (34) de la mitad superior del recipiente (3) para realizar un tratamiento de trituración de circulación, en donde el mecanismo de presión (5) comprende una placa superior cónica (432) formada debajo de la unidad de corte (4) y que sobresale hacia abajo y una placa inferior cónica (433) situada debajo de la placa superior cónica (432), en donde se forma un espacio (434) con una sección cónica entre una superficie cónica de la placa inferior cónica (433) y una superficie cónica de la placa superior cónica (432).
