Abstract
Procedimiento para el revestimiento de un tubo (1) sobre base química con un revestimiento anticorrosivo interior a base de epoxi/acrílico, presentando el tubo (1) a revestir en su interior - un lado exterior (a) y un lado interior (b), - un primer extremo exterior (e1) en el primer extremo del tubo (1) y un segundo extremo exterior (e2) en el segundo extremo del tubo (1), - una longitud (L), - un primer diámetro interior (D1) en el primer extremo exterior (e1) del tubo (1) y un segundo diámetro interior (D2) en el segundo extremo exterior (e2) del tubo (1) y - un eje central (M). estando caracterizado el procedimiento por que el procedimiento presenta al menos las etapas de procedimiento siguientes: (i.) puesta a disposición de un depósito de inmersión (2) - que está lleno hasta un nivel de llenado (h) de un líquido de revestimiento (3) que contiene fluoruro de hierro FeF3 y partículas de pintura en dispersión y - es adecuado para alojar el tubo a revestir (1) en toda su longitud (L), (ii.) primera inmersión del tubo a revestir (1) en el líquido de revestimiento (3), (iii.) primera extracción del tubo a revestir (1) del líquido de revestimiento (3) con la garantía de un ángulo (α) entre el eje central (M) y la superficie del líquido de revestimiento (3) de 1º<(α)<30º, (iv.) segunda inmersión del tubo a revestir (1) en el líquido de revestimiento (3), (v.) segunda extracción del tubo a revestir (1) del líquido de revestimiento (3) con la garantía de un ángulo (β) entre el eje central (M) y la superficie del líquido de revestimiento (3) de -30º<(β)<-1º, (vi.) garantía de un nivel de llenado (h) del líquido de revestimiento (3) en el depósito de inmersión (2) con (h)>(L).sin (α) y (h)>(L).sin (β).
