Abstract

Método para proporcionar por lo menos un mensaje de información comercial CI como un tono de espera RBT a un llamante (102), habiendo iniciado el llamante una llamada con un llamado (106), estando el llamante registrado con un primer proveedor de servicios de telecomunicaciones, estando el llamado registrado con un segundo proveedor de servicios de telecomunicaciones, comprendiendo el método: reenviar una llamada entrante desde un centro de conmutación móvil a un sistema de CI asociado al segundo proveedor de servicios de telecomunicaciones; enviar (204) desde el sistema de CI asociado al segundo proveedor de servicios de telecomunicaciones, una solicitud al primer proveedor de servicios de telecomunicaciones de por lo menos un id de CI correspondiente al perfil del llamante, estando cada id de CI asociado a un mensaje de CI; encaminar la solicitud de dicho por lo menos un id de CI a través de un intermediario global (116) configurado para facilitar la comunicación entre el sistema de CI asociado al segundo proveedor de servicios de telecomunicaciones y un sistema de CI asociado al primer proveedor de servicios de telecomunicaciones; extraer información de perfil del llamante en el sistema de CI asociado al primer sistema de telecomunicaciones, siendo la información de perfil del llamante identificada utilizando el id de llamante del llamante y se basa en valores de atributos del llamante almacenados en una base de datos de cliente del primer proveedor de servicios de telecomunicaciones; asociar por lo menos un id de CI a la información de perfil del llamante y transmitir dicho por lo menos un id de CI desde el sistema de CI asociado al primer sistema de telecomunicaciones al sistema de CI asociado al segundo sistema de telecomunicaciones a través del intermediario global; reproducir (208) el mensaje de CI correspondiente a dicho por lo menos un id de CI para el llamante, como un tono de espera.
