Abstract

Método para la detección de moduladores del interacción de GPIb-trombina en una muestra, en el que la muestra es puesta en contacto con proteína GPIb- aislada y con trombina aislada y se determina la formación de complejo entre la proteína GPIbα y trombina, caracterizado porque la proteína GPIbα ha hecho mutación y, comparada con la secuencia tipo silvestre de la proteína GPIbα humana, contiene por lo menos los residuos de aminoácidos 1-268 y en por lo menos una de las posiciones 233, 235, 237 y 239 exhibe una sustitución Xaa (SEQ ID NO: 1).
