Abstract
Método de realización de un cárter en aleación ligera obtenido por fundición que incluye al menos una tubería (4) portada por una pared (2, 3) del cárter (1), comprendiendo dicho método las etapas de realización de dicha tubería, de realización de un molde que reproduce la forma del cárter (1) sin dicha tubería (4), de posicionamiento de dicha tubería (4) dentro de dicho molde y de colada del metal para realizar el cárter (1), comprendiendo dicho molde al menos una ubicación en hueco alrededor de la tubería (4) para así realizar un puente (5) de sujeción de la tubería (4), que parte de dicha pared (2, 3) del cárter (1), atravesando dicha tubería una pared (2, 3) sobremoldeándose en lo que se refiere a su parte externa a dicho cárter, caracterizado por que al menos una parte de la tubería (4) pasa, previamente a la instalación de la misma dentro del molde, por una etapa de tratamiento superficial por oxidación anódica destinada a generar una barrera térmica entre esta parte de dicha tubería (4) y el metal de colada.
