Un aptámero que se une a una molécula diana, en el que todos los restos de U y/o T de la región variable del aptámero están modificados químicamente en la posición 5, teniendo los nucleótidos modificados la siguiente estructura:**Fórmula** en la que Z >= al grupo de conexión R más (CH2)n, en la que n >= 1, 2 o 3, y además en la que R es:**Fórmula** y en donde el aptámero tiene una tasa de disociación (t1/2) de un complejo no covalente aptámero-molécula diana superior o igual a 30 minutos.
