Abstract

1. Cápsula para bebidas que comprende una carcasa (2) que comprende a su vez una pared (3) de base y una pared lateral (4) que definen una cavidad (5) adecuada para contener un producto inicial (P) a combinar con un fluido (F) para obtener un producto final, y que comprende además un borde (7) que se extiende desde dicha pared lateral (4); en la que dicha cápsula comprende además un elemento (8) de cubierta fijado a dicho borde (7) para precintar herméticamente dicha cavidad (5), siendo perforable dicho elemento (8) de cubierta mediante medios de extracción de una máquina dispensadora (60) en la que es posible usar dicha cápsula, en la que dicha carcasa (2) está producida conformando una lámina de plástico termoconformable y dicho borde (7) comprende un elemento (9) de precintado que comprende al menos un saliente (10) orientado hacia dicha pared (3) de base dispuesto en una primera zona (12) circunferencial anular de dicho borde (7), también obtenible mediante dicha conformación, definiendo dicho saliente (10) al menos una cavidad adicional (11) adecuada para contener un fluido, por ejemplo, aire o gas inerte, estando fijado dicho elemento (8) de cubierta para precintar herméticamente también dicha cavidad adicional (11) a efectos de crear un cojín que es deformable entre dicho borde (7) y dicho elemento (8) de cubierta que define dicho elemento (9) de precintado dispuesto para su unión de manera precintada, en estado comprimido, a medios (64) de apoyo de una máquina dispensadora (60), y en la que dicho elemento (8) de cubierta está unido a dicho borde (7) de dicha cápsula (1) mediante precintado térmico a lo largo de una primera parte (21) de unión anular y una segunda parte (22) de unión anular dentro y fuera de dicha primera zona anular (12) en una dirección radial, respectivamente.
