Abstract

Dispositivo de fijación adaptado para su montaje en una pieza de material de chapa que está deformada por un punzón, incluyendo dicho dispositivo de fijación una sección de cabeza que tiene una base y un reborde que sobresale en sentido axial conectado con dicha base y que define parcialmente una cavidad para recibir el material de chapa deformado por el punzón, incluyendo dicho reborde de dicha sección de cabeza un dispositivo de superficie lateral interna para definir un lado de la cavidad, incluyendo dicho dispositivo de superficie lateral interna una pluralidad de superficies laterales en forma de arco dispuestas en una primera configuración circular y una pluralidad de superficies de indentación, estando dispuestas cada una de dichas superficies de indentación entre un par de dichas superficies laterales en forma de arco y sobresaliendo radialmente hacia el exterior a partir de dicha primera configuración circular de superficies laterales en forma de arco para facilitar la deformaciónen la cavidad por el punzón, una sección central conectada por dicha base y que sobresale de la misma, estando rodeado dicha sección por dicho reborde a una cierta distancia central un dispositivo de pared destinado a entrar en contacto con el material de la chapa para mantener dicho dispositivo de fijación impidiendo cualquier movimiento del mismo con relación al material de la chapa, incluyendo dicho dispositivo de pared un dispositivo de superficie lateral externa que define parcialmente la cavidad y que presenta una forma acampanada axialmente hacia el exterior a partir de una zona de sección transversal relativamente pequeña adyacente a dicha base hasta una zona de sección transversal relativamente amplia en una porción de extremidad externa de dicha sección central, incluyendo dicho dispositivo de superficie lateral externa una pluralidad de superficies laterales en forma de arco dispuestas en una segunda configuración circular y una pluralidad de superficies de indentación que estándispuestas cada una entre un par dé superficies laterales en forma de arco de dicha segunda configuración circular y que sobresale radialmente hacia el interior a partir de dicha segunda configuración circular para reducir la rigidez de dicha sección central y facilitar la deformación hacia el interior de dicha sección interna cuando dicho material de la chapa es deformado en dicha cavidad por el punzón.
