Abstract
Un método para producir un bio-aceite a partir de materia lignocelulósica, comprendiendo el método las etapas de: (a) solvatar hemicelulosa a partir de materia lignocelulósica usando un disolvente, (b) eliminar la hemicelulosa solvatada de la materia sólida restante después de la etapa (a); y (c) solvatar la lignina y la celulosa de la materia sólida restante después de la etapa (a) usando un disolvente a una temperatura de entre 250 °C y 400 °C, en el que la etapa (c) de solvatación de la lignina y la celulosa produce el bio-aceite.

Tampones y pH
10 Se incluyó tampón universal 120 mM (pH 6,5) en las mezclas de reacción para proporcionar condiciones óptimas para que las enzimas hidrolíticas actuaran sobre la hemicelulosa presente en las diferentes fracciones. El pH objetivo durante estos ensayos fue ~5-6. Como se muestra en la Tabla 3 anterior, el pH de cada muestra se midió antes y después de la adición de tampón y las muestras de enzimas.
15 Enzimas hidrolíticas
Se usó una cepa de Trichoderma reesei recombinante para producir una mezcla de enzimas hidrolíticas que comprendía tanto enzimas fúngicas hidrolíticas como una xilanasa termófila (XynB).
20 Mezclas de reacción
Las mezclas de reacción para la hidrólisis enzimática se prepararon como se indica a continuación:
