Abstract
1. Dispositivo silenciador para vehículos automóviles con una caja de silenciador que forma unas cámaras, en las que están dispuestos canales de gas que discurren en forma de S, formada por dos chapas unidas entre sí, que tienen estampaciones correspondientes de sección semicircular, caracterizado porque las dos mitades de chapa están unidas por medio de lóbulos punzonados y engatillados conjuntamente, distribuidos en esencia a distancias uniformes por la superficie de las dos chapas, y porque, para evitar cortocircuitos parciales entre las zonas del canal en las dos mitades de chapa, en especial en la zona de la curvatura de entrada, existen unas estampaciones con cierre de forma mutuamente coincidentes, que discurren entre las zonas de canal contiguas. 2. Dispositivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los cantos frontales de las dos mitades de chapa se disponen erectos juntos en un ángulo de 90 grados y se engatillan o basculan. 3. Dispositivo según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque unas chapas deflectoras para el gas previstas en el curso del canal del gas están retenidas con lóbulos pasados por aberturas correspondientes de una de las chapas de mitad, lóbulos que luegos se rebordean. 4. Dispositivo silenciador para vehículos automóviles.
