Abstract

1. Una variedad nueva y distinta de planta de fresa, del tipo neutro respecto al día, caracterizada principalmente por su hábito de fructificación temprana y facultad de fructificar todo el año sobre una base cíclica, comenzando aproximadamente tres meses después de la plantación, estando además caracterizada dicha variedad por su buen hábito de producción de estolones en verano e invierno, ya sea con raíces o sin ellas, y porque su fruto tiene ramificación cimosa, apareciendo el fruto en forma de racimos, siendo el fruto de forma cónica media a cuneiforme plana y variando en su interior desde macizo a hueco, siendo el tamaño, la duración y firmeza del fruto aproximadamente iguales que los de la "Tioga", haciendo con ello a la variedad adecuada para uso comercial o en jardínes domésticos. 2.
