Abstract

1. Protector para panel de instrumentos de vehículos automóviles, que siendo de aplicación al borde superior trasero del panel de instrumentos en su zona enfrentada al asiento delantero del acompañante del conductor, esencialmente se caracteriza por constituirse mediante una pieza alargada de material flexible y de sección transversal en U, provista de un refuerzo interno empotrado en el material constitutivo de la propia pieza, cuyo refuerzo interno se constituye mediante una chapa metálica, con sus bordes longitudinales de la pieza, cuyas aletas actúan como medios de fijación sobre el panel de instrumentos, al disponerse, las aletas sobresalientes por el borde superior de la pieza debidamente dobladas, en ranuras realizadas en el panel superior del panel de instrumentos, mientras que las aletas sobresalientes por el borde inferior de la pieza, actúan como medios de fijación para el panel trasero del panel de instrumentos, todo ello de tal manera que el tramo central de la pieza alargadaqueda en disposición superior sobresaliendo por encima del panel superior del panel de instrumentos. 2.
