Caperuza de cierre para un tubito para la extracción de sangre o similar, con un fondo (6); con un cono (4) de cánula dispuesto en el fondo (6); y con un faldón (8) situado a continuación del fondo (6) que presenta una disposición de enclavamiento para fijar la caperuza (1) de cierre en el tubito (2), caracterizada porque en el faldón (8) de la caperuza (1) de cierre se encuentra situado un cuerpo (38) de obturación que en la posición no accionada obtura un taladro (12) de cánula que conduce al cono (4) de la cánula y que al apretar un elemento (26) de accionamiento libera el taladro (2) de la cánula.
