Abstract

Panel textil con superficie alfombrada, que definiendo un único cuerpo de material textil no tejido, se caracteriza porque comprende: una capa de base que tiene un primer grupo de fibras textiles no tejidas y un segundo grupo de fibras textiles no tejidas, teniendo el primer grupo una temperatura de ablandamiento inferior a la del segundo grupo, y un revestimiento que tiene fibras, estando interconectadas unas partes de fibras de la capa base y fibras del revestimiento las unas con las otras, teniendo la interconexión el carácter asociado con fibras aguteadas, y teniendo las primeras fibras en la capa base el carácter de estar ablandadas por el efecto del calor y endurecidas, estando interconectadas por re-endurecimiento mientras están en contacto las unas con las otras y con las segundas fibras de la capa base, mientras que las segundas fibras están desprovistas de dicho carácter de ablandamiento por efecto del calor y re-endurecimiento.
