Claims (11)

REIVINDICACIONES

en donde el segundo anillo (17) de soporte comprende una segunda porción axial (25), extendiéndose paralelamente a dicho eje (A) en una posición orientada hacia la primera porción axial (20) y que puede fijarse a la porción de rotor (8) de la rueda motorizada (2), y una segunda porción radial (26), que se extiende radialmente con respecto a dicho eje (A) en una posición orientada hacia la primera porción radial (24);
en donde la segunda porción axial (25) del segundo anillo (17) de soporte está colocada radialmente más al exterior de la primera porción axial (20) del primer anillo (16) de soporte;
en donde la porción (27) de anclaje de la junta (18) está fijada a la segunda porción radial (26) del segundo anillo (17) de soporte;
caracterizado por que los labios de obturación anulares primero y segundo (30, 31) están interpuestos entre los anillos primero y segundo (16, 17) de soporte y definen una configuración de obturación, en la que cooperan en contacto con la primera porción radial (24) y con la primera porción axial (20) del primer anillo (16) de soporte, respectivamente, a lo largo de las respectivas líneas anulares (L) de contacto para ser precargados elásticamente, sin la ayuda de acciones externas o componentes externos, contra el propio primer anillo (16) de soporte; y por que el primer y segundo labios anulares (30, 31) de obturación se colocan por efecto centrífugo en una configuración de separación de la primera porción radial (24) y la primera porción axial (20) del primer anillo (16) de soporte, respectivamente, a velocidades (2) de la rueda motorizada superiores a un valor predeterminado (V) distinto de cero.
2. El conjunto de obturación de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, en donde las porciones radiales primera y segunda (24, 26) se interponen entre las porciones axiales primera y segunda (20, 25).
3. El conjunto de obturación de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 o la reivindicación 2, en donde el primer labio anular (30) de obturación tiene un pliegue intermedio (31) entre la porción (27) de anclaje de la junta (18) y un extremo libre (34) que coopera en contacto durante el uso con la primera porción radial (24) del primer anillo (16) de soporte en la configuración de obturación.
4. El conjunto de obturación de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3, en donde el primer labio anular (30) de obturación comprende una porción (35) de base que se extiende entre la porción (27) de anclaje de la junta (18) y dicho pliegue (31), y una porción oblicua (36) que se extiende entre dicho pliegue (31 ) y dicho extremo libre (34); y en donde dicha porción oblicua (36) de dicho primer labio anular (30) de obturación forma un ángulo agudo con la primera porción radial (24) de dicho primer anillo (16) de soporte en el lado orientado hacia dicha primera porción axial (20).
5. El conjunto de obturación de acuerdo con la reivindicación 4, en donde dicha porción (35) de base de dicho primer labio anular (30) de obturación discurre sustancialmente paralelo a dicho eje (A).
6. El conjunto de obturación de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde dicho primer labio anular (30) de obturación tiene una sección cónica hacia su extremo libre (34).
7. El conjunto de obturación de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el segundo labio anular (31) de obturación se extiende desde la porción (27) de anclaje de la junta (18), en una posición radialmente interpuesta entre el primer labio anular (30) de obturación y la primera porción axial (20) del primer anillo (16) de soporte, y está delimitado, en el lado orientado hacia dicha primera porción axial (20) de dicho primer anillo (16) de soporte, por una superficie troncocónica (37) con respecto a dicho eje (A), teniendo diámetros decrecientes hacia la primera porción radial (24) de dicho primer anillo (16) de soporte.
8. El conjunto de obturación de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde el primer labio anular (30) de obturación tiene, en su propia configuración sin deformar y antes del montaje en el conjunto (1) de obturación, una longitud axial total (M), a partir de la porción (27) de anclaje de la junta (18), de entre el 110 % y el 130 % de la distancia axial (N) entre dichas primera y segunda partes radiales (24, 26) de dichos primer y segundo anillos de soporte (16, 17) en su condición de montaje para formar el propio conjunto (1) de obturación.
9. El conjunto de obturación de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en donde la porción (27) de anclaje de la junta (18) está unida a una porción de extremo libre de la segunda porción radial (26) de dicho segundo anillo (17) de soporte.
10. El conjunto de obturación de acuerdo con la reivindicación 9, en donde el segundo labio anular (31) de obturación tiene, en su propia configuración sin deformar y antes del montaje en el conjunto (1) de obturación, una longitud radial total (P) desde la porción (27) de anclaje de la junta (18), de entre el 110 % y el 130 % de la distancia radial (Q) entre la parte extrema libre de la segunda parte radial (26) del segundo anillo (17) de soporte y la primera parte axial (20) del primer anillo (16) de soporte en la condición de montaje del propio conjunto (1) de obturación.
11. El conjunto de obturación de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 7 a 10, que comprende además un tercer labio anular (38), de forma troncocónica, que presenta una conicidad opuesta a la de dicho segundo labio anular (31) de obturación y se extiende hacia dicha primera porción axial (20) del primer anillo (16) de soporte desde dicha porción (27) de anclaje; delimitando dicho tercer labio anular 38 con dicha primera porción axial (20) del primer anillo (16) de soporte una abertura anular (40) que tiene un tamaño tan pequeño como para permitir, en cualquier condición, el paso del aire pero que define un obstáculo para cualquier impureza en partículas.
