Abstract

Dispositivo antivibratorio, del tipo destinado a ser interpuesto con fines de soporte y de amortiguación entre dos elementos rígidos, constituido por una caja estanca que comprende dos piezas rígidas (1-2, 3-5) solidarizables respectivamente con los dos elementos uniendo una primera pared elástica (6) de forma estanca una de las dos piezas rígidas (3-5) a una armadura angular (1-1) que forma parte de la otra pieza (1-2) y que asegura la función de soporte entre las dos piezas, una segunda pared elástica (8) soportada de manera estanca por la armadura anular (1-1), un tabique deformable (9) también soportado de manera estanca por la armadura anular, entre las dos paredes elásticas, y que divide el interior de la caja en dos cámaras (A, B), a saber una cámara de trabajo (A) comprendida entre el tabique deformable (9) y la primera pared elástica (6) y una cámara de compensación (B) comprendida entre el tabique deformable (9) y la segunda pared elástica (8), comunicando estas dos cámaras entresí por un paso estrangulado (10), unos medios para limitar a una amplitud pequeña, es decir inferior a 1 mm, las deformaciones del tabique (9) según la dirección axial perpendicular a su plano medio, y una masa líquida que llena las dos cámaras así como el paso estrangulado, caracterizado porque comprende un anillo rígido (12) soportado por la armadura anular (11), entre el tabique deformable (9) y la primera pared elástica (6), anillo cuyo borde interno se sumerge en la cámara de trabajo (A), y un pie (13) que prolonga la primera pieza rígida (3) hacia el interior de la cámara de trabajo, pie que atraviesa con juego el anillo rígido (12) y termina más allá este anillo por una suela desbordante (14) cuya sección recta es superior a la sección de paso del anillo.
