Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de cojinetes, caracterizado porque en una primera etapa, se prepara una aleación mediante fundición de 3,5 a 4,5 % de estaño, de 3,5 a 4,5 % de silicio y de 0,7 a 1,3% de cobre, aluminio y las impurezas normales en cantidades que no afectan perjudicialmente a las propiedades de la aleación hasta el 100%; en una segunda etapa, la aleación fundida resultante se moldea en una zamarra o lingote; en una tercera etapa, se lamina a una tira del espesor deseado; y en una cuarta etapa, se conforma la tira en un cojinete.
