Abstract
Procedimiento para la preparación de un material de dos fases para mejorar la resistencia de flexión en hormigón conteniendo fibras, consistente en preparar un material de dos fases, que comprende la preparación de una mezcla de hormigón con fibras de un material teniendo un módulo de elasticidad por lo menos de alrededor de 20.000.000 de pulgadas cuadradas, distribuidas de un modo substancialmente uniforme en la misma con un espaciamiento medio entre fibras de hasta alrededor de 0,3 pulgadas, caracterizado por proveer el material de dos fases, de por lo menos una resistencia preseleccionada a la flexión por la inclusión y distribución de las fibras en la mezcla en la cantidad específica, consistente en la proporción b del área de trabazón media de las fibras, formando intersección a planos normales a la solicitación, en regiones conocidas de la máxima solicitación tensil al área de los planos, que es por lo menos un valor predeterminado, suficiente para procurar la resistencia a la flexiónpreseleccionada en dicha regiones.
