Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de artículos de aluminio o artículos revestidos de aluminio, con buena resistencia a la oxidación a temperaturas elevadas, buena resistencia al ataque de productos de combustión de hidrocarburos a temperaturas elevadas, y elevada resistencia, caracterizada porque comprende las etapas de fundir un acero que contiene de 0,01 a 0,13% en peso de carbono, de 0,5 a 3% en peso de cromo, de 0,8 a 3% en peso de aluminio, de 0,4 a 1,5% en peso de silicio, de 0,1 a 6% en peso de manganeso, y el resto de hierro excepto impurezas incidentales, añadir de 0,1 a 1 % en peso de titanio, siendo la cantidad de titanio por lo menos la suficiente para combinar, por reacción química, con todo el carbono que esté presente en el acero y formar carburo de titanio, moldear dicho acero laminar en caliente el producto moldeado, hasta un espesor intermedio, laminar en frío el producto hasta el espesor final deseado, someter el producto de la etapa anterior a recocido continuo a una temperatura de aproximadamente 870º C; pasar la tira, laminada en frío, a través de un baño de aluminio, o aleación de aluminio, fundido, que contiene hasta un 10% en peso de silicio, retirar la tira del baño anterior y solidificar el revestimiento sobre la tira y conformar la tira en artículos determinados por operaciones de doblado, estampado y/o soldadura
